A girl possessing blue hair was rushing with her horse, running away from a pursuing party. On her arms, she was carrying a little girl with pink hair that was bleeding severely from her abdomen.
The girl galloping through the fields is the Vanadis of Olmutz, Ludmila and she is carrying an injured Vanadis, Olga Tamm.
'How did it came down to this?'
Ludmila asked herself as she recalled the events of the past days.
After Olmutz fell to the Muozinel's invasion force, Ludmila went to the capital with the objective of getting an audience with the King.
'If only that incompetent King had sent reinforcements, I could have defended the city.'
The city which her family defended for three generations fell to their enemies, luckily she managed to evacuate most of the population before the city fell. In the end, she wasn't able to evacuate everyone and some fell into slavery...
This was just the beginning of her terror though, when she arrived in the capital, the King passed away, so she wasn't able to get an audience. Unlike, what she expected, the heir of the Kingdom changed in the last minute and now the Kingdom fell into someone who has no idea on how to rule.
Valentina made sure that she was going to "teach" him how to... the previous heir to the throne, Eugene, was assassinated before he could escape the capital and Mila felt that something was wrong.
With the assistance of her fellow Vanadis, they managed to escape the Royal Palace, however, soon enough they realised that they were not getting away that easily.
Valentina and Fine, the newest Vanadis, were waiting for them at their escape path... they had no time to fight them, if the forces of the capital managed to encircle them... their fate would be sealed.
Without any other choice, they tried to run away from their battle. However, Fine and Valentina were out for blood, they wouldn't let them escape that easily, so in the process of securing a horse, Valentina managed to stab Olga and almost killed her.
Not wanting to leave her fellow companion behind, Mila carried her in her horse all the way to the plains outside of Silesia.
She wanted to reach Babel and surrender to Oemitsu, it was her only choice. Oemitsu right now had the men to deal with Zhcted and to help her recover Olmutz.
If the price to live and to recover her pride is becoming his woman, then she will happily do so. What gets in her nerves is that she feels like since the beginning oemitsu was after this result...
"Don't let her escape!"
"Get her!"
"Kill that traitor!"
She heard screams from behind her, she clearly saw that the one leading the pursuing unit is Fine
Valentina should not be that far behind too. She cannot fall, Olga is in a critical state, if she does, then both of them will die miserably
"You are wide open."
Suddenly she heard a playful voice. Right below her, Valentina's blade slowly came out from her horse's shadow.
Mila tried to protect her horse, but it was to late. The blade pierced her horse and the horse fell head first into the ground.
Mila grabbed Olga and tumbled into the ground. She had to use her own body to protect Olga's injured one.
"It seems that this is the end of the road for you Mila."
Fine said as she brought down her blade from the horse's back. Her Dragonic Tool went directly for her head, however, it was stopped midway.
"What are you doing here?"
Valentina asked, the playful tone was gone from her voice.
She knew that he was here to ruin her plans, but this time she wouldn't allow him to.
"I am here to save my woman, isn't it obvious. While I am at it, I might as well cause you a little bit of despair."
The one eyed young man whose arms where behind his back said as he smiled at Valentina, who was rather unhappy at her current situation.
The one who was standing in front of them was obviously Oemitsu, who had a bloodthirsty aura around him.
"Kill him!"
"Get him!"
"He is just a kid, kill him!"
Some foolish knights screamed as their horses galloped at Oemitsu's direction. They were probably after nobility or wealth, in the end, they faced the same fate as everyone else who tried to do the same thing.
"Don't test my patience, ants."
Oemitsu said as his Conqueror's Haki hit everyone in the field. The intense shockwave killed every single knight and horse in the area, even Fine had to jump off her horse or else she would have been burried beneath it.
"Come out stop hiding."
Oemitsu said as Valentina and Fine looked at him with a questioning gaze. Oemitsu didn't bother explaining himself, after all, he didn't had the reason to do so.
"If you don't come out I will level this entire region. You have 10 seconds."
Valentina and Fine raised their guards and looked around, if Oemitsu was right and there was someone else here, then he is a big threat since they couldn't detect him.
"I thought that you couldn't see me. You might be a bigger threat than Fozerotte-sama reported."
A young man said as his figure was slowly revealed. He had clear blue eyes and green hair that is around shoulders length.
Oemitsu was completely unfazed by his words.
"Even if I am blinded of one eye you could never escape my sight. Even a completely blind man would know that you were following me ever since the battle against Greast. It is getting annoying how cowardly you are. Having a fly around my neck all the time is getting on my nerves."
The young man ignored Oemitsu's remark and simply bowed before before he introduced himself.
"I am the Tojo, Guardian of the Forest's Garden, one of Fozerotte sama's Dungeon Overseers. It is a pleasure to meet you, The Child of Chaos, Oemitsu."
Oemitsu didn' bother returning the introduction, he simply analysed his opponent and felt disappointed...
'He is probably around Ultimate-Class, he would have been a challenge for me before, but now... I am almost in Satan-Class.'
Oemitsu thought before he shook his head.
"I was planning on killing you swiftly, but it seems like I will have to work hard for this job. If you don't mind, just stand still and let me take your head, it would make my life a lot easier."
Tojo said as he dashed with a speed that Valentina and Fine couldn't even see with their eyes.
His punches and kicks were extremely wift, but to his disappointment he met air, Oemitsu was effortlessly dodging them all as if it was child's play.
Since Oemitsu wasn't so inclined into giving his time to an useless being that couldn't even make him get the thrill of fighting with, he decided to end this quickly, however, it seemed that Tojo had other plans, after all, when he realized that Oemitsu was not going to die so easily and not even if he made his ultmost effort, he decided to run away.
Indeed, it was quick, however, wise men know the battles that they can win and the battles that they will be crushed instantly if they stay a second longer than the necessary.
So when Tojo realized that Oemitsu was way beyond the level that he couldn't even dream of achieving, he decided to run away and inform to his master that Oemitsu was a threat way bigger than they imagined, however, as if Oemitsu would allow him to run.
When Tojo turned his back to him, Oemitsu, as if teleporting, immediately appeared behind Tojo and with a swift strike, his right hand pierced through Tojo's back before he threw his corpse to the side.
If one looked closely, they would see that Oemitsu's nails had extended and became claws. On the palm of his hand, a perfectly shaped human heart was still uselessly beating.
Oemitsu had used the technique that he had learned with Zeno.
'Old Man... how are you?'
Oemitsu thought before he looked at the heart.
"Never turn your back on your enemies."
Oemitsu said as he squeezed the heart, making Tojo's body twitch before he died. His blood was painting the green grass with his red.
"You were an interesting opponent, you kept my boredom away for what... 5 minutes? Take that to your grave, it is the biggest accomplishment you ever had in this life."
Oemitsu told his lifeless body before he turned around and saw that Valentina and Fine were long gone. Only olga and Mila, who were both unconscious, were laid on the ground, courtesy of his Haki.
'If they both weren't that tired, they could have easily resisted my Haki... I have to hurry up or else Olga will die from blood loss.'
