Entrapping, Embarassement, Excellence, Bet and Incentive.

News about the demise of Fine's army reached the Royal Palace of Silesia. Valentina, refusing to give up, called a war council condemning the other Vanadis for supporting an outside force in Zhcted's civil war and further adding that Ruslan, as the true King, because of his charisma as a noble.

In order to fulfill her longtime ambition as the Queen, Tina vowed to exterminate Oemitsu and his allies once and for all.

Two messengers were sent by Oemitsu demanding her surrender, however, both of them were turned down. While Tina was extremely unpopular with the rest of the Kingdom, the people of capital loved her.

Her reign, while short, brought prosperity to the city, she was a better ruler than the former King.

Tina had two trump cards up her sleeve that could make her achieve victory.

1- The walls of Silesia were reinforced with the same material used by magical chains, weakening any Vanadis that climbed the wall.

2- Hastening Ruslan's coronation ceremony process.

Ruslan is not a King, not yet, he is only the heir to the throne. If the bureaucrats of the Kingdom hurry up, she can crown Ruslan as the Kingdom of Zhcted and Oemitsu will be forced to retreated or at least she thought so...

The reality is rather different, Oemitsu couldn't care less about the coronation ceremony, if Ruslan becomes King then he will simply kill him and extinguish the rest of the royal family of Zhcted.

The Britannian army finally arrived in the capital and immediately surrounded Silesia. This time, Oemitsu had complete naval supremacy, making it impossible to feed the city by land or sea routes.

Currently, Oemitsu was standing on top of a hill. There were tents as far as his eyes could see, from where Oemitsu was standing he had perfect view of the entire battlefield. He was sitting on a bench with his Generals all lined up in front of him. Even Lim attended, even though she was only here because Eleonora made her come.

Unlike Eleonora, Lim was not tammed at all... at least not yet.

"What is our next step?"

Liza asked, waiting for orders.

The Vanadis was already dressed up in her outfit, consisting of a purple dress and pinks stockings and had her whip in hand, getting ready for the battle that was about to come.

"Should we storm the castle?"

Eleonora asked, grabbing the hilt of her sword, Arifar, not wanting to be outdone by Liza. Eleonora wore her iconic blue top and skirt together with her red boots.

"Eleonora-sama, please restrain yourself, storming the castle will only bring unnecessary casualties to both sides."

Lim countered, stopping her formed overlord from doing something that ridiculous. Limalisha was wearing similar clothes to Eleonora.

Silesia is a city made with the intention of being defended to the last man, while not as good as the Capital of Britannia, it is still fortified and it has at least 20 thousand men defending it.

"Then I will charge with the troops, it will boost their morale and we can..."

Eleonora tried to plan, however, Lim still interjected.

"Eleonora-sama, please stop being reckless. The walls are equipped with magical chains and the Vanadis's powers will not work."

Eleonora took this opportunity to tease her friend.

"What an unexpected turn of events Lim, I thought that you said that you wouldn't aid Oemitsu in his conquests? Why are you advising him then?"

Lim not expecting the conversation to turn this way so suddenly, blushed.

"I was simply stopping you from doing something that reckless. Eleonora-sama, If I am not there to watch you, you will probably throw yourself into enemy lines like a certain idiot did..."

Oemitsu couldn't help but feel attacked, but then again throwing himself into enemy lines was not something that anybody in their right mind would have done.

'Oh well, it is not like any of those toy soldiers could have hurt me.'

"I think that you just love giving advice it doesn't matter to whom."

Eleonora knew perfectly how to deal with her loyal friend and bodyguard.

'I think that it is about time for me to reveal my plans.'

"Let me ask you something, Lim. What do you think supreme excellence in the battlefield is?"

Lim got rather suprised by Oemitsu, who suddenly got up and asked this.

"I'm unsure of how to answer such question. But in my opinion, there are multiple ways to win battles, but to achieve perfection on the battlefield... that is a complete different beast."

Oemitsu patiently waited, a lot of his Generals already knew the answer, rather, most of his family knew the answer, since he made them all read the Art of War by Sun Tzu more than enough times for them to remember it perfectly. You never know where that type of knowledge comes in handy.

Hearing Oemitsu's question, both Eleonora and Elizabetta joined in, trying to think of a simple solution.

They have been in dozens of battlefields, and yet none of them could say that they have achieved perfection, only victory.

"Supreme excellence comes from crushing your enemy's resistance without fighting."

Lim was rather surprised at his choice of words, she had never heard of such thing.

"Winning a battle without fighting, is it really possible?"

Lim asked out loud, unsure if such thing was even possible. She had been in dozen of battlefields with Elen as her strategist and she has never seen or achieved such feat.

"Let me show you Lim. I will make Silesia surrender without losing a single soldier."

His words made Lim get rather upset. She respected Oemitsu, how can she not? He never lost a battle and he managed to crush a nation that has existed in this continent for more than 200 years and he is about to crush another one. But, being overconfident is something that a General should never be. Commanders should be serious and skillful in order to be successful in battles, overconfident will only dig you a grave.

"I find it hard to believe that you can accomplish such a thing."

"Wanna bet?"

Oemitsu smiled at her remark and proposed.

Eleonora immediately interjected.

"If you managed to capture the city without losing a single soldier you get to touch Lim's boobs freely. However, if you lose you have to promise that you will not touch any of the citizens of Leitmeritz."

"Eleonora-sama... can you not use my breasts a bargain ship?!"

Lim screamed as she hugged her breasts and started lecturing her friend, while Oemitsu was rather happy at the outcome, he didn't plan any of this.

He was just planning on getting the city, but now he also gets to play with a busty blond's breasts.

'Oh, I can't wait. This time there is a huge incentive to achieve absolute perfection.'

Oemitsu thought before he stopped the little squabble between Eleonora and Lim who failed to see the other Generals laughing at their expense.

"Let me show how politics can win you over a city. Kyoukai come here."

All of a sudden, a young woman appeared from the shadows and kneeled in front of Oemitsu. She was wearing similar clothes to a shinobi. Only her eyes were capable of being seen.

"You called, my King?"

"I did. I want you to contact a minister in particular."

Oemitsu smiled as his stage is slowly being revelled. The puppets are in place now they just need their puppeteer to mess with their strings.
