According to Plan (3)

Kali is taking a nap with the book opened and resting on her face when Vico appears behind her.

"Do you have it?" Kali asked before she removed the book in her face.

"Yes." Vico handed a piece of paper to her and stared at her back head.

"What about his grace?"

'Damn!' She grimaced as she scratched to remove the make up stains on the page.

"They pass through the third portal and on their way here. "

Kali looked at the wall clock. She is already an hour late for the ball. If she calculates the arrival time of the count plus their dress preparation, if they can prepare in less than an hour then travel time to the capital, she will be late for at least 3 hours.

"It's time to meet the stalkers."

Even before Feyawi mentioned these spies she was already aware of their existence from the day she arrived in the capital. She could tell that she is being watched and monitored from the moment she passed the third portal.

She also had thoughts about possible informants from inside the residence, thus was not shocked when Feyawi mentioned her activities.

Kali unfolds the piece of paper handed by Vico. The names written in that paper had underestimated Kali. They might be thinking since it was just her, they were confident enough that they won't get caught.

Kali took advantage of it and had the servants she suspected to be an accomplice, followed and eventually led them to the masterminds.

After half an hour, Kali's family had arrived and after 15 minutes more she was informed that they were ready to go. Kali frowned after hearing that because she started preparing before dawn however the men in the family changed in under 15 minutes?

Kali is standing at the top of the staircase when the four of them stare at each other silently. Kali was taken back.

Konrad's silver hair was pushed back making him look younger and can pass as Theo and Gio's brother. His natural pale skin is paired by his stunning strong blue eyes. He is wearing his signature black suit with white undershirt but he is wearing accessories in his suit. The blue crystal shines the most.

Theo who is always lazy to style his hair parted his greyish white hair on the side and pushed it back. The tattoo in his neck and right side cheek became his greatest compliment aside from his identical colored blue eyes to Konrad. He is wearing a full formal black suit with a blue stone on his shoulder and military stars on his right chest. He looked more respectable than usual.

Gio was the one who shocked Kali the most. Gio's silver hair shines under the chandelier lights as if his hair is basking in the color of the moon. He had it properly locked on one side and let it flow straight down to his chest. A photocopy of Konrad, strong blue eyes, pale white skin, high nose line down to his sharp jawline. If only he wasn't wearing a proper black suit and pants paired by blue cufflinks and stone, he can easily pass as woman, an unquestionably beautiful woman.

'Aren't they too perfect?' Kali thought. She almost let out a sigh of resignation. She proceeded going down while lifting the hem of her dress.

"Your Grace, looks younger."

"You look respectable."

"You look beautiful."

She just threw her compliments with all honesty without getting flustered. Those words snap them back to the present.

When Kali was at the top of the staircase the three men waiting downstairs were unable to look away. Her usual pony tailed black hair was neatly arranged in a braided low bun emphasizing her small round face. Her dress is a royal blue color like her eyes from the top then gradually the color becomes darker and darker to the hem. It was off shoulder long sleeves. The whole dress glistened with small white diamonds stitched to it, so every time a light hit her dress it shone like stars in the night sky. She wore a simple teardrop shaped blue diamond necklace pair with earrings and of course the Blue stone ring that Konrad gave her.

"Ahem. You look beautiful too, child." Konrad said without smiling.

"Yes, you do." Theo smiled warmly at her.

"What happened to your back? Did you rip it?" Gio turns Kali's body around to see. Konrad and Theo saw the back of her dress.

"What happened?" Theo asked.

". . . I like this style. "

They are referring to the nonexistent fabric on her entire back. It was actually transparent thin lace work with an illusion of blue to black gem crystals. It was so thin that it could be mistaken for a bare back. Her skirt from behind is decorated by a big soft ribbon with the same darkening effect.

"Aren't you gonna get a cold?" Gio arched one of his eyebrows.

"I am stronger than you think. Anyway, let's go. we are late"

She can feel the cold wind blowing in her back as she steps foot outside the door.

At the carriage, Kali is sitting in the inner seat by the window and Gio at her side while Theo is in front of her and Konrad on his side.

The carriage starts to move forward and everyone inside is wearing a serious face.

"I thought you would be back days before the ball?"

"Bandits and some mercenary activities appeared in some towns near the portal areas, that's why they suspended the use of portals" Konrad first answered.

Towns with Teleportation portals are areas considered to be a safe area. That's why there is one in the Count's Territory. The other two towns are also under protection of the Lords but there is no particular Lord residing near those towns because they are located in the boundary areas thus it is safe to say that one cannot enter those towns without passing the surrounding Lord's territory.

"Do you think they are also involved? The Lords of those areas." Kali asked.

Konrad looked at Kali and gave a small smile and said "Most probably."

". . . but your grace, that issue can be solved easily if you will."

As a highest noble in the surrounding area, the count can force the portal open for him.

"When subjects are in need, the Lord steps in. They know that very well. "

Kali gives a moment to think before answering.

' I see, they seek help with their problems. Since the Lords of those areas are currently in the Capital for the Ball.' She thought.

"That's funny. It's not even a siege. Why would they need your help?" Kali smirked as she watched the sun set.

When the Lord is away, there is a system to follow and management that will take over the issues like that. It's just some bandits and minor mercenaries.

'Why would they ask for other noblemen to solve their territory problems, unless they are making it obvious to hold them. ' Kali almost laughed at the thought.

"What an obvious plan. " She whispered but they all heard it and smiled together with her.

"So, dear brothers, what did they plan for you ?" Kali asked with an exaggerated anticipation voice.

"How do you know we have separate problems? " Theo asked.

". . . because if I am the count I will leave either one of you to handle those problems and go to the capital first or the other way around. Since both of those didn't happen, I guess both of you are not available at that time."

"You are using your head, I feel proud." Gio said in a false awed voice. Kali ignored Gio.

"Gio and I were dealing with burned warehouses cases." Theo also ignored Gio's comment and answered.

"What warehouse?" Kali senses some bad news, something she will definitely not like.

"The Forest Resources."

"What?! Those Motherfuckers!" Kali burst into anger and threw some strong curses.

". . ." The three men were beyond speechless. Contrary to the beautiful appearance of Kali is the ugly speech she is spewing.

". . . the moment I lay my hand on them, I'll skin them alive and burn them. . . " Apart from curses she continues with savage threats.

Gathering resources is not easy even for her. To be able to gather enough resources equivalent for her living expenses she had to squat and walk for hours and even days to collect all of them. It is true that those resources no longer belong to her but still it was her hard earned goods.

"Ahem." Konrad cleared his throat as he caught Kali's attention.

Kali looks at Konrad and starts to calm down. " I am sorry you had to witness such an ugly behavior."

Kali's pretentious noble attitude made Theo and Gio raise an eyebrow.

'Just how many personalities does she have?' Gio's eye twitch.

'I don't want to know anymore.' Theo resigned and stopped thinking.

"Watch your language in public, child." Konrad cleared his throat again before continuing his words.

"It is obvious that their main goal is to make you attend the ball alone. How did you catch up to their plan?"  Konrad turned his head to Kali and the Alexanders brother waited attentively.

Kali observes Konrad's face. His face is calm and straight as if everything is going to his plan.

'He knows it. He definitely knows their plan.' Kali's thoughts almost painted in her face.

She gave an obvious fake smile before answering.
