The Hidden Life of the Count's Daughter

The elimination round has started. A large transparent white orb was placed in the middle of the arena.

"What is that?" Kali asks while eyeing at the swimming white mana sparks trap inside the transparent glass.

"That is called, Pressure Measurement Orb. A mana item that is used for measuring force or attack power."

The mechanics of the elimination round is simple, that is to hit the orb. Each participant had been given a card number according to their registration. Participants will be ranked according to their power and among the 261 participants only the top 100 will proceed to the next round.

The first participant steps inside and shows his card number to the facilitator. He obtains the go signal and walks towards the huge pressure measurement orb and unsheathe his weapon. He is dressed like a knight trainee but the posture and lousy look says otherwise.
