The Hidden Life of the Count's Daughter

There is a faint dripping sound from a distance, but the naked Kali only spares a glance at it's direction. Hearing it is one thing but not seeing it on the pitch darkness that envelops her entirety.

There is nothing in there with her. She returns to hugging her knees close and closes her eyes again.

The voice is getting louder but maybe because Kali is tired, she won't open her eyes at all.

"Huh?" She felt something in the tips of her fingers, she looked at it.

It's hot. There is a hint of hotness in there and then it's gone again. Feeling tired once again Kali returns to slumber in her knees.

Outside Kali's consciousness, her body retreated in a distance.

"HUMAN!! STOP IT!" A loud crying voice said from behind the pillar of blueish purple fire.

Kai continues to burn the surrounding paws and the dot in his forehead burns blue flames. Behind him are the sisters, Ingrid, in the arms of her older sister, Ana.
