At Town...….

"He seems to be around somewhere here. I can smell him faintly but I can't see him in this crowd. It's like he is everywhere" Adrian said looking around in huge crowd.

"It seems they have some sort of festival today" Zen replied looking everywhere.

"Let's look around some more maybe I can locate him"

They move forward looking at everyone in hope he can spot him.

After a while …..

"Man, I am beat. it seems like his scent is everywhere in this area" Adrian said dropping in one of seat.

"What if we can't find him?" Zen ask.

"Then Miles will kill us both then dump us somewhere no one can find" Adrian said seriously.

"I won't have believed you if i don't know Miles personally"

Adrian and Zen shivers unknowingly.

"Hey mister, you are the one who helped me" A voice called out to him from behind.

Adrian turn around to find the human standing not far from them.

"It's him" Adrian said to Zen in Mind link.

Adrian Jog towards the human and Zen followed behind him.

"Hello, what a surprise, I didn't think I will see you around here" Human said with a smile.

"Hello, how are you?" Adrian was puzzled because Human didn't seem to terrified or something.

"I am good thank you, I am Lucian btw" He said moving his hand for handshake.

"I am Adrian and this is my friend Zen" Adrian said shaking his hand.

"oh, it good thing you were not alone, I thought what were you doing alone in Middle of jungle that time" Lucian said.

Adrian look at Zen as if he heard something Alien.

"Umm... you didn't see my friend?" Adrian asked confused.

"Was he there?" Lucian replied looking at Zen.

"No but my other friend was there.... andddd.... you know..... what he did... was a misunderstanding" Adrian said hesitantly.

Lucian look at him confused.

"i can't seem to remember your friend, I thought you were alone" He replied truthfully.

There was a long pause.

"Hahaha ... he came out of bushed but it seems like you didn't mind him. He was standing not far from us... Hahaha" Adrian awkwardly laughed Rubbing his head nervously.

"Oh, it's my bad habit to not mind things sometime" Lucian said smiling.

"Are you two from here?"

"Yes, we live nearby and you?" Adrian asks.

"I came here to help my friend during Lilac festival, I am from Rosewood town" He replied truthfully.

"Beta Adrian he didn't seem to be afraid or lying" Zen Mind link Adrian.

"Yes, and which is why it's confusing? How could he forgot about things happen few hours ago? If I am not wrong, he did say about Dominique growling so he clearly saw him growl with red freaking eyes" Adrian almost yelled in mind link.

"umm... Hello.... you suddenly quite down. are you alright?" Lucian replied looking at him.

"Ha-ha I was trying to remember if I was even on Rosewood town or not? Lilac festival? " Adrian Replied with a laugh.

"Yes, here they annually celebrate Lilac festival because this town produce lot of Lilac every year. It is to show our appreciation to each other. You could say like small gathering. To which I remember, i have to go help, See you around. Please Enjoy the Festival"

With this Lucian disappeared in crowd.

"So that's he smells like Lilac all over" Adrian said to himself.

"Don't you think it's weird both forget each other?" Zen ask Adrian.

"Maybe he has memory span of Goldfish" Adrian said with shrug.

But it hard to digest for both. How come two people forget each other in few hour at same time? ( Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→I love Theories so theory time )

They returned to Warevein Palace after observing Lucian a bit but it seems he really don't remember because their no sign of him panicking or trying to tell anyone anything secretly.

"Where you returning from?" Dominique said standing not far from them in darkness.

"F*ck .... You scared me.... Don't freaking sneak on me Domaniac ...." Adrian said glaring at Dominique.

Dominique can hide his scent whenever he wants. Usually he kept his smell hidden so it hard for people to locate or sense him.

Dominique glared at him too.

"Don't call me Domaniac"

"Why? So far you are maniac so I can call you that" Adrian sassed and Zen ready to sweat buckets.

"Alpha, we were patrolling before calling it a day" Zen replied.

Dominique stared at them hard before sighing.

"Ok, next time warn me before you go out. you can rest now" Dominique replied before existing for his room.

"I am going to Miles and Zen Keep this incident to yourself; we don't want Dominique to go Alpha on us" Adrian instructed.

"Yes Sir"

Adrian move towards Miles Room.

"I am Coming Miles and I don't care if you naked" Adrian warned Miles before entering.

"What a way to declare your presence" Miles replied rolling his eyes.

"and why would i be naked?" Miles said glaring at him.

"May be to impress walls" Adrian said with a shrug.

"did you find the human?" Miles ignored his joke and ask throwing pillow on him.

"Yes, and he don't remember him" Adrian replied sitting on one of sofa near Miles.

Miles look at him as if he is stupid.

"Do I look stupid to you? Did you even look for him?" Miles Asked.

"You can check my mind and see the conversation for yourself Broooooo..." Adrian replied in mocking manner.

"Good idea, that's what I am going to do"

Adrian open his Link for Miles to check on to save the explaining and at the end he Look at him wide eyed.

"Told you bro" Adrian smirked.

"How is that possible? How could he forget an unnatural event?" Miles asked no one in general.

"Like I said maybe he have memory span of a goldfish" Adrian shrugged.

"He remembered you" Miles pointed out.

"I am too handsome to be forgotten" Adrian replied smirking.

"It's in our favor. Both don't remember this encounter" Adrian said being serious.

"Yes, it's fine as long as it's not harmful" Miles said.

"But it suspicious to me"

"Same but i am not gonna ask Dominique about it. I love my body parts and i am calling it a day. Good night Bro and just find your mate already, you are not getting any younger old man" Adrian said running out of room.

"It's not like I don't want them, I simply can't find them" Miles replied looking out of window.
