THE UNLOADED SECRET PART 1

"Veronica didn't ask anything? Very weird." I'm still in Alexander's workroom and sitting on his lap, describing my meeting with Veronica.

"I guess so." We looked at each other for a moment. Alex sighed.

"We'll see what information it provides later. There must be developments in the future. These months to we can't do anything with the follow-up information. Unless they make a dangerous move, then I will act. After the war is over, I'll take care of this. You must remember that you cannot leave without your bodyguard." I nodded in understanding.

"I'm sorry you have to face a threat like this." Alex stroked my hair.

"It's okay, and I'll learn to deal with it."

I just smiled a little, and this is already a package I have to receive. A position comes with consequences. This world is a world where the most decisive win. And fear will do nothing. You have to learn to overcome it and make yourself stronger.

"And Leonard, how's your relationship with him. Who is he? Odelia tells me he's the business leader of Ostrander in America, and I get the impression he's an influential man in this clan."

"I used to be his rival, and he was probably older than me. We engaged in a rivalry fighting over the position of the principal son of Valerie for approximately ten years. I won that position. But after that, I let him keep the power of Ostrander's business in America. He's an excellent business manager, I don't want to press him and declare my power, and until recently, we have had no serious disputes. You can see he's a very calm person and good at carrying himself. He has never made a big deal with me because I did not encourage him so far and let him win his affairs, he reported to Lord Valerie, and Lord Valerie gave his report to me, as long as his business produced for the clan I did not encourage him." I was silent to hear Alexander's explanation.

"What do you think about him? You talked to him for quite a while, it seems. " Alex was curious and looked at me closely.

"He has a sweet mouth, is very good at provoking questions, and his face has a special charm." I grinned widely at Alexander's stiff expression afterward.

"You are the one who likes to bait me with your words" Alexander pinched my lips now, and I laughed broadly.

"I'm telling you the truth. You know he even kissed my hand. This is the first time I get a man who kisses my hand, even though I feel he is a little digging into my relationship with you. Maybe he's wondering if you and I are really a couple or are just involved in a political contract."

"Is it true?" Alexander is quiet and thinks of something.

"You know, you're a great power that's next to me. But also is my biggest weakness." Alex looked at me. I'm not sure entirely what the words meant.

"I'm going to try to be stronger and won't be your weakness." I cupped his face with my hands. We looked at each other for a moment. He took my hand and kissed it.

"And I'll love you my whole life." He looked me in the eye when he said it. For a moment, everything seemed to fade around me. My heart warms, and I am happy because of his statement of love.

"I love you too," I reply to his words with all my heart. Happiness trailed in my chest, making my cheeks warm-up and my eyes warm up.

"Go away. Leonard's waiting for you. It isn't nice to let him wait a long time. I'm going to the Pyrenees to see what I can help there. And I want to learn my mind with Ourinko as soon as I can before he gets too busy in front." I banished him before I became whiny because of the melancholy feeling that overcomes me now.

"Maybe I'll come home late. I'll tell you later." He gives a brief kiss before budging away.

"Alright" I took it off to then open the vortex to Pyreness.

***

These days I rotate between Pyreness, London and Paris. Ourinko is busy with formation strengthening, and I have to wait for him to make time for me. Finally, a few days later, one afternoon, he came to see me.

"Alexa, I'm ready to teach you. I see you are at your peak." Ourinko chased me in the hallway while I was going to the student cafeteria.

"Good. But I'm hungry, and we can have dinner first, right?" I winced. I was starving. Helping out with aura strengthening exercises will drain your energy a lot.

"Of course, let's eat first."

We rushed in and grabbed our food, and looked for a seat.

"You still receive threats of attack? The stab wound that yesterday has fully healed?"

We sat facing the large windows on the north side of the large cafeteria, watching the legions train.

"It's completely recovered, luckily I still managed to block the attack to my heart, but thanks to the spell pendant you gave, they can't even touch me anymore," I cheerfully explained to Ourinko.

"What attack is Alexa? Who attacked you in your heart? What are you two talking about?"

A voice left me speechless, and I looked at Ourinko with fear. And I timidly turned my body, looking back, hoping that what I heard was wrong. Please! My back immediately felt cold.

"Mom! Since when have you…." I was speechless. While Mother glared at me. Ourinko stared in surprise when he saw who was behind us.

"Alexa! I'm waiting for your explanation !? Ourinko, what are you talking about?" Mother took turns looking at the two of us.

"Madam," Ourinko gave me a tense look. At the same time, I was thinking hard about what to say.

"You don't try to make up Alexa's story, and I'll report this to your grandfather right now. Who were you attacked in Paris!? I'm going to make this problem big if you guys don't speak the truth."

Ourinko gave me a resigned look. I'm helpless, I have to lobby my mother, so this problem doesn't get to Grandpa.

"Fine, Mom, I'll tell you" My hunger was gone because of Mother's gaze.

"Move over there" Mother pointed to a table at the end of the cafeteria, separate from the crowd. She had no intention of letting us go to negotiate to make up stories. I thought about various scenarios in my head as I walked.

As soon as we sat down, Mother immediately folded her arms across her chest to initiate the interrogation. I memorized his trademark style when he asked people.

"Starting from you, Mr. Ourinko. Tell me, what's going on? I don't trust my daughter, and she's too intelligent to make up stories. If you lie and something happens to him later. I will hold you partly responsible. " My mother immediately started with threats.
