Four years After

Harry Moon’s Point of View

“Daddy!” I turned around to see who was calling. I stopped walking when I realized who it was. I squatted and waited for him to come to me.

“Hey, little buddy.-- Oh! Careful.” Andrew was running towards me when he almost stepped on his shoelace. Luckily, he has very good balance and it stopped him from falling to the ground. I shook my head when he grinned.

“I’m fine, Dad,” He giggled when I lifted him up and kissed his neck. He didn’t like it when I did that because, according to him, he was a big boy now. But he was just three years old, and already acting like a grown-up man.

Time flies so fast, and it’s been four years since Ashley left. I don’t know where she is right now... The hell I care! I never saw her again after the announcement of my engagement with Trixie during the 50th anniversary of SMI… And the last thing I remembered about her was when she kissed Mr. Anderson in front of everyone... In front of me.
