Amy Elizabeth Cho is a former British Korean-American actress and a UFC fighter known by her stage name, The Mafia Mama. An off duty policeman killed Amy's husband and Amy believes that her husband was a victim of a hate crime. The young woman believes that her husband is dead, but she's wrong. Things take a dark turn when Amy uncovers the truth behind her husband’s death. To make matters worse, Amy's child is in danger. Someone out there wants Amy dead and they want to take her son. They also want to play a deadly game that involves testing the young woman's strength, bravery and endurance.

FBI Agent Hernandez tried to wake Amy up when he heard a loud beep coming from the virtual reality goggles on Amy’s face. The agent jumped back, and he almost fell on his butt when Amy leaped forward suddenly. The young man was trying to calm Amy down when she swung both of her fists at him and started screaming. Agent Hernandez grabbed Amy in a tight embrace after ripping off her VR goggles. Agent Hernandez wasn’t the only one inside the hospital room. There were four nurses inside the room standing around Amy. 


One nurse got hit in her face when she tried to reach out to grab Amy who was standing up from her hospital bed. Amy was standing inside a laser square that was right next to her hospital bed. The red laser square was a proximity indicator for the game she was in, and no one was allowed to step inside the laser square while Amy was playing the game.
