The Call of Truth

(Rosie and Luke reach Hyderabad [India]. Luke gets a bit uncomfortable with the environment there. But Rosie assures to keep him safe and comfortable)


"Hello, can I know the room number of the patient's name "Judith?" asked Luke.


"Yes, 1 min, Room number 2346- general ward first floor" replied the hospital receptionist.


(Rosie Rushes to her mother, where as Rosie Mother will be sleeping, Rosie sits beside her mother and gets emotional)


"mom, I said, I won't go to the university...It was you stubborn to send me there.


If I wasn't going, today, you wouldn't be in hospital admitted, wake up mom....see your daughter came.." cries out Rosie.


(Rosie's mother walks up and touches Rosie's hand)


"Rosie...i am fine..why did you come here? and who bought you here..." asked Rosie's mom.


"do not ask me why am I here, see yourself, no one is with you, expect me, How come? mom. who did this you?" asked Rosie.


"for all your question, your best friend is there, he went to bring medicines, Okay!! he will be back soon, I want to take a rest, Okay."


"Yeah, You take care and don't worry, I will be with you only and I'll meet him first" replied Rosie.


(Rosie leaves her mom and Luke keeps waiting for Rosie)


"Hey, How's mom. what did she tell?' asked Luke.


"Yeah, she is fine, my best friend Allan was with her it seems, He went to bring medicine, He knows the truth, should wait for him." Replied Rosie.


(Rosie and Luke keep waiting for Allan, Later after 2 hours Allan reaches the hospital.)


"hey! What made you this late? ahh! You went to bring medicine or anything else." Asked Rosie.


"hey!! First, shut up and hug me, I missed you so much and mainly when mom was not okay," replied Allan.


(Rosie and Allan hug for a moment and Luke keeps staring.)


"by the way who is he? why is he staring like that.?" asked Allan.


"yeah, he is Luke, Luke he is Allan my best friend, my.... only best friend." Replied Rosie


"hi... I am Allan, Rosie's forever best friend, and her family."


"he is my classmate" Rosie jumps between the conversation.


"Luke, don't tell that, I will tell when the right moment comes...Okay," Rosie grumbles to Luke.


"Finished introducing, Now tell me what happened to mom? asked Rosie.


"give me 5 min I will give these medicines to the nurse and then let's go catch for coffee and then I will tell you the truth," said Allan.


(Rosie, Luke, and Allan go to the cafe and order coffee and there Allan spills the truth.)
