Chapter 23: The meeting

(Alt.Title: A brief History lesson, If I had two nickels, Shinobu's brief history lesson.)

It's been a day since I've spoken with Shinobu and I'm currently at school. Shinobu has decided to say in the demon slayer world after I asked her to become my summon.

But she has Kanao to raise, who I completely forgot about. I simply asked the system to sync the time in our worlds, this way I can visit her whenever I feel like.

And I'd probably be worried about my appearance, all I did was stop using Total Concentration Constant and my birthmark disappeared, my hair though had to be cut and re-dyed?

Other than that, I met up with Orihime this morning nlshe ran away from me cartoonishly fast speeds and has been avoiding me and acting all shy around me. It seems she's made her choice.

At a private part of the school.

"Hey Aika there's someone I need to meet, you mind giving me your hand." said Issei. Aika turned her head and did as I asked.

"I don't know what your up to but okay." she said as the area changed and we appeared in Shinobu's room.

Aika looked around. "Where are we?" she asked. "Another reality, this world used to have man eating demons their extinct now, except for the two I have as summons. Their sexy demon girl's by the way."

"Noice!" was Aika's reply. "Though you'll have to explain the man eating demon part." she added.

"Now I truly see that I have to rein in your two." says a voice, it was Shinobu she walked in wearing a normal kimono.

She's no longer a demon slayer so she put he uniform to rest. Behind her was Kanao.

"Hey babe, Kanao-chan." Issei greeted them both.

Shinobu turned to her younger sister. "Kanao-chan please go outside please." Kanao bowed and left.

'I should introduce her Tanjiro.' thought Issei, why he would do this? He liked the paring. That's all.

"My name is Shinobu Kocho, I am Issei's girlfriend." Says Shinobu.

"I'm Aika Kiryu, I also got a load of his Issei's dragon if you know what I mean." says Aika with a blink, Shinobu turned to Issei and asked "Are all women in the Heisei era degenerates?"

"Nope." Was Issei's answer.

"I can see why Issei likes you, your cute and you have a nice rack, though you are kind of short stack, short stacks are getting a lot more popular lately." says Aika as she observed her fellow harem sister.

"Rack? Shortstack?" said Shinobu confused.

"She means your boobs are huge and your shortness is attractive. Though I guess that's partly due to genetics are it is before the second world war." says Issei.

"Oh yeah people were shorter in the past due to lack of variety of foods." says Aika.

Pre-war, most Japanese people ate rice, vegetables and fish every once in a while. In Issei's time most Japanese have a healthy, far larger variety of foods, and way more food per person than anytime previously.

"Wait second a world war!" says Shinobu shock.

"Oh yeah the Taisho period ends in 1912 and the world starts in 1939." says Issei digging into memories of his past history classes.

"Why did it start?" asked Shinobu.

"Well this Jew hating ass hat name Hitler came to power in Germany and invaded Poland. Yo know if I get a yen for everytime an Austrian guy started a world war I'd have two nickels, it's wierd it happened two times." stated Issei.

"Okay I need more answers." says the retired demon slayer.

And so Issei and Aika spent the the next few minutes explaining a slightly simplified of the world war.

Though when Shinobu heard of the atrocities committed by the japanese, she honestly wanted to stop, but Issei was able to talk her down, as those were important moments in history and honestly he just didn't want to get involved, yet.

A part of him wanted to save those people as well, he just told Shinobu to not go anywhere near Hiroshima.

"Anyways we gotta go now." says Issei.

"It was a pleasure meeting you Kiryuu-san." says Shinobu. "It nice meeting you Shinobu-chan." says Aika.

"Before we go I gotta say something." says Issei as he took the hand of both girls.

"I know it came to shock to you that other worlds exists, I destroyed your world view and for tha-"

"There's to apologize about." says Shinobu. "My world view was already warped after the years of fighting demons, finding about other worlds is... different but I can manage. It's she you should be thinking about." says Shinobu looking at Aika.

"I'm honestly cool with it, it's kinda cool knowing there's more not only my world but, there's others as well." says Aika.

'Oh yeah she did kinda take the supernatural existing kinda easily.'

"Alright then, but I still have something to say. I know my dream of having an harem is selfish."

"It is." muttered Shinobu under her breath.

"But I promise, to love and care for each and everyone of my lovers." says Issei with a blank expression on his face, but in his eyes was determination to make his promise come true.

Hearing his words and seeing his face a warm feeling blossomed in Aika and Shinobu's heart. A blush the appeared ok Aika's she turned away her head in embarrassment.

'Wait did I use charm? Why she's blushing?' thought Issei. He forgot he inherited the charisma of Issei Hyoudou, the same guy who against all odds, made Akeno, Rias and Koneko fall for him.

"Ara Ara! What is this? Is the vulgar Aika Kiryu weak to romance." teased Shinobu.

"Oh shut up Issei let's go!" shouted Aika as she didn't have a retort.

"Fine how about we introduce you to a couple modern movies." says Issei.

"I'd love to." says the doctor.

"My Dad is going on a business trip this Sunday so we can do it at my place." says Aika.

"Sure it's a date then, I also would like to be there when Issei courts the new girl."

"So he told you about that huh?" asked Aika.

"Sure I'll make sure to pick you up then." says Issei, with a nod as he left.

Shinobu the released a sigh as blush came onto her face. "Geez, why does he have to be so charming."
