Wind Cloud City was a free city that stand still within the borders of Xuanyun Kingdom, every cultivator and those who practice martial could enter here as long as you obey the city rules. With that said, Jiang Feitian spend half a day exchanging all resources he had and sell the corpse of his beast he hunt.
After a half a day there's still 2 hours before sunset's come, Jiang Feitian enter an inn and
decided to pass the day in there he taken a rest for the day and sleep. A good night of sleep rejuvenate Jiang Feitian and brimming of energy, after taking his lunch he decide to go out the city and resume his training in the mountain borders.

reach it peak sooner enough it will breakthrough Tier 4 since it had 91% already. Although his strength spike up he was poor once again as he use much spirit stone to buy pills from system store to aid his cultivation for the past two years in routine training and cultivating he burn spirit stone like pieces of scrap.
'I'm running out of spirit stones again' Jiang Feitian said as he sigh. "Guess I have to go
down city again, staying for 2 years in the mountain without someone to talk with was making me crazy if it wasn't for my perseverance, I have long given up". he laugh slightly to himself and chuckle.

Jiang Feitian buy the Flashing Light Step movement 5 months ago, as he noticed that
his strength increased significantly his movement was too rigid unable to unleash it fully as he can't strike at the vital points and doge while striking back on his enemy, that's why after pondering a month he decided to buy this Flashing Light Step as his primary movement art to support him on his incoming training while also training his footwork.
As such Jiang Feitian spend his last 5 months training his footwork till it reach 37% of Tier 1. Hejust stop for today since he was running out of food and daily necessities for himself, although he has those beast that could be eaten as long as he want he could cook and turn it into barbecue or grilled meat, but he prefer buying things in the city since he had been eating those self meat cook himself for the past two years that his taste bud, become numb already. Dark Steel Bear was known for its high attack and defense its fur was clad in black and iron claws sharp like a sword in every swipe any enemy will surely meet a devastating blow. Unless you could overpower
it by strength confronting the Dark Iron Bear would be a dream, since it was born with innate strength from birth, along with many beast that had advantage from birth cause of higher strength than cultivators.
Jiang Feitian continue to observe them getting miserable and exhausted, he know how much strength the Tier 3 Beast they're facing right now, since he also meet this beast for more than once within the depth of forest.
Actually he didn't plan to interfere on there fight with the beast unless he was notice since that would be awkward if he was notice that he was observing them getting beaten up by the beast while he was enjoying the show and do the last kill to steal while they're tired without strength.
Everyone here in the forest know that anything could happen, even the most trusted family could become your traitorous enemy if the benefits in front is large enough and the greed of your family was insatiable.

Frowning slightly Jiang Feitian was bothered on how they attack the as not only its too crude, by simply attacking even they're attack wasn't on a rhythm which would allow them to increase more multiple damage by combining their attack at once, and yet just by looking at it, they totally lack the necessary teamwork, with their strength although they might not be able to overwhelm the Dark Iron Bear Tier 3 strength, still with the three of team with each cultivation level of Low-Spirit Qi Stage as long as they attack with a team and made a plan then killing the beast won't be these taxing on them and put under pressure so much.
