Sophia recalled Emilia throughout the entire luncheon, occasionally shooting Marcus a couple of glares before grumbling something regarding how she never should've attended the luncheon.

"She was deeply upset," she told Clarisse.

"Duh," Clarisse retorted.

"And Nicholas?" Clarisse asked.

"Peachy," Sophia answered.

"You're jealous," Clarisse realized.

"Don't even try denying it, you were jealous," Clarisse smirked.

Sophia lowered her head.

"Maybe I was."

"Maybe I wasn't.""Oh cut the nonsense you were, you definitely were."

"I wish I hadn't missed it," she admitted.

"It must've been one hell of a sight to see," she pouted.

"Too bad, you missed it," Sophia said smugly.

"Moving on, Sheila and Kiara were bruised up pretty badly during their brawl."

"Julia had to put a stop to it," Sophia explained.

Clarisse knitted her eyebrows, "Why didn't Emilia do it?"
