the events of chapter 5

in the cafeteria of the Unit Zero Guild everyone is eating breakfast (except for Doctor Middle Finger and Alpha Purple Warrior whom are just entering inside of the cafeteria) Joaquin stands on top of a table and he yields proud of his team because among all of them they had completed a total of eighty-seven tasks. only thirteen more tasks and they are done.

"okay everyone if we keep like this soon we would fulfill the requirements to take the last task of chapter 5 but let me warned you all, that not every chapter is the same as we had seen in the past. once we are done with this chapter there might come easy chapters and another chapters that might become dangerous."

said Joaquin concern for everyone in the room.

everyone keeps eating in silence. Chicken Wrath can see that Joaquin is worry but he understands that he needs some space and time so he shouldn't annoyed him. Chicken Wrath is afraid that in the future many of them might die, but then again this is a real life game of death or life and in this types of games everyone is in their own and is natural to see a comrade falling dead.

Peace Inn and Don-Savage are talking about their memories in the real world. Peace Inn laughs thinking about pointless things of the past that can't be undone as well as she cries for things of the past that she can't recover. Don-Savage is in silence but he understands her pain, jet he isn't able to find the right answer of why they need to be in that place or why they can't go back to the past.

Choco-Coco-Latte is in a corner alone thinking about his revenge. he misses his dear friends while he swallows the food feeling a hole in his chest that can't be full ever again. Choco-Coco-Latte haven't forgive the Mad-Matician nor he would ever forgive that traitor. with his fist he hits the table (which is made of wood) he keeps hitting it until his hand starts to bleed and he smiles thinking that he is going to make bleed that traitor so bad that he would wish to be dead.

Alpha Purple Warrior is eating with a huge smile thinking that he is going to become stronger so in the future he would be able to protect his friends and himself from anyone. he eats a lot while thinking that he is going to trained twice to become stronger faster. Doctor Middle Finger is at his side is thinking about how dangerous can be staying closed to a person like Alpha Purple Warrior.

Doctor Middle Finger starts to laugh thinking about his siblings, his friends, and his crush whom are waiting for his return in the real world. Doctor Middle Finger promises to himself that he would do anything possible in order to win the game but he also promises to himself that he would never betray those who had helped him climb the stairs. he is going to protect them like a family.

Teacher Hero walks towards Joaquin and he explains that he finished all of his ten tasks but he can't stay in the game longer because he has things to do. Joaquin understands and he asks him to come back in time for the final tasks to end chapter 5. Teacher Hero feels nervous and scared while he explains his situation. it seems like he won't be able to sign in for a while because he has a lot of things to do in the real world. Joaquin understands his situation and he thanks him for his hard work.

Self-Bet is in front of Beau who seems to be smiling more than usual. Beau is anxious to receive his "Gift" and he is hopping to received a bad-ass "Gift" and also he has been spending a lot of time with Self-Bet. the time at her side seems to be eternal and his love for her becomes stronger every minute that he spends at her side.

Beau takes a notebook out of his inventory and a pen. he starts to write a poem and in a few minutes he finishes the poem, he shows the poem to Self-Bet. she is reading the poem thinking it might be stupid but after she finish reading it, she blushes thinking that it was beautiful.

"how did you wrote something so beautiful?"

"because there can't a poet without his muse and you are the muse on the eyes of this artist. you are the inspiration for my art."

"Mr. Nguyen you are a smooth talker but we are just friends at the moment."

Choco-Coco-Latte stands up and he gets out of the cafeteria. he is follow by Chicken Wrath who wants to talk with him in private. Choco-Coco-Latte turns around and he explains to him that he doesn't have time for games and that he needs time to think about the things that had been happening so far on his life.

"I also want to find him. I want to kill the man who ruined the peace that use to be so natural among us. I didn't get to know well your friends but I know they were good guys whom committed mistakes in the past like everyone in this place, but they didn't deserve the death they were given."

said Chicken Wrath aloud.

"so you don't want me to give up on my path to take revenge?.... do you really mean it when you say you want to see him dead? or are you just playing with my fragile mind about to fall into despair?"

asked Choco-Coco-Latte trying to control and understand all the feelings that are eating him alive.

"yes, a man like him shouldn't be allow to go back to the real world. he is a twisted man and like every twisted man he has no control of his impulses so he needs to be put down like a dog."

said Chicken Wrath with a cold gaze of murder.

information about Son of Sun: the first game that was created as a contract with the Gods/Deities was for the Norse Gods but the place in which the first game was tested was in South America and that is also why many of the original NPCs of most of the games are given Latino names and features.

information about Son of Sun: for the reasons explained before most games of Son of Sun are given NPCs that looked Latino, but in specific games the NPCs take the form that they are required to have. one example is if there is a game about Vikings then the NPCs would have Norse names and features.

at the moment Master of Lies is walking towards Pandora's Temple to talk with his beloved Pandora but he is stopped in the entrance by Richie Rubio ( Deities don't have assistants but because Pandora wasn't a Goddess nor Zeus trust in her after the box incident. Richie was assigned as her assistant to make sure that she doesn't commit a mistake) Richie isn't going to let Master of Lies inside not because he hates him (he actually does) but because Master of Lies is a fallen Hero ( Fallen Heroes are on Hades side so they don't have right to get close to Zeus and Pandora is a subordinate of Zeus.)

"go you treasonous roach, don't ever come back. I won't allow you to stain my lady's soul with your swampy hands."

yields Richie furious.

"don't worry you little gnome, isn't her soul what I intend to stain but her bed sheets with the fingerprints of my love."

said Master of Lies waiting for Richie to get angry.

"how dare you to insult my lady, one more word from that putrid tongue of yours and I would cut it off in a single second."

said Richie furious.

"my little gnome, but my tongue isn't my only instrument of love."

said Master of Lies enjoying of Richie's anger.

they keep arguing for almost two hours until Pandora gets out of her tower and she looks at the man she loves, she could had follow that foolish mortal to the end of the world. but she is stopped by her own realization that at the moment there was no space for her love, their relationship was over the moment he become a Fallen Hero and choosing him also means to chose death by betraying Zeus. it was better for him if she lets him go even if it is painful for her.

Pandora took a few minutes thinking in the right words and the right path for both of them and then she walked slowly towards him. she told him that she couldn't betray Zeus and he was no longer on the same side as her. she explain to him that it was better for him to forget about her. she felt pain while telling him that they need to stop seen each other for his own safety.

at the moment Beau is walking around of the forest with Self-Bet and they find an old shield on the ground (including that shield they had completed 9 tasks) Beau asks Self-Bet if she wants to take a break. she accepts. they had been walking around of the forest for hours completing their tasks without stopping until now.

Self-Bet asks Beau to called her by her real name and not her username. Leah, is her real name and Beau blushes thinking that she has giving only to him the permission of calling her by her name. in the time that Beau has knowing her she has always avoided talking about herself and she never let anyone know her real name nor any real information about her until now.

Leah looks at him with curiosity to know more about him. they had known each other online for a few years now but they had never actually known anything about each other. every time Beau wanted to talk about himself she stopped him telling him that it was too dangerous. it was thanks to this game that they are becoming real friends and they are starting to know each other better.

Beau looks at the sky of this virtual world and he asks himself why does the sky looks so real, he feels the air and he asks himself why does it feel so real. everything about this beautiful world feels real. it was until now that Beau has stopped to appreciate the beauty and realism of this world. but then he asks himself, is the beauty of this world enough to let go of our humanity? or is life too ugly to ever try to recover said humanity that is unnecessary to survived this world.

Beau looks at Leah, who is confuse to see him overthinking. Beau smiles and he accepts in his heart, that Leah is the only humanity that he needs at the moment to survived without giving up to the madness. for some it might sound ridiculous, but for Beau is understandable because Leah is the only woman of his past that haven't become a scar on his soul nor a stain in his mind.

"are you thinking about anything deep?"

asks Leah with curiosity.

"no really, I was just thinking about how deep can love be."

said Beau telling himself to take this moments and to appreciate them before they are over.

"do you want to keep searching..... we have a last task to end."

said Leah with desires to end this tasks so she can go to the next chapter.

"yes, mmmm... can we wait just a few more minutes? just like this looking at each others eyes to feel the wounded soul of the other."

said Beau with a soft smile.

at the moment on the settlement of the Skull Breaking Silence Guild, Sweet Linda and Mad-Matician are in front of the rest of the guild members (excluding Master of Lies who went to the tower of his lover) there is a long silence for a moment until Mad-Matician stands up and he walks behind of the leader of the guild.

"I like this guild, I don't have anything against this guild, but we all know that in order to prove myself worthy of this guild I betray my former comrades and now they are probably planning their revenge. I usually don't care about who hates me but this time is different. a whole guild might come after me and I asked you, you my comrades. to help me to annihilate those whom are our natural enemies."

said Mad-Matician with a strong voice proving that he is desperate and anxious.

"I don't usually agree with psychos, but this time is different. killing the members of Unit Zero will also be proving our worth in front of Western Legends. let's prove that we are as dangerous as they are. we don't fear nobody."

yields Sweet Linda.

among the rest of the members "The Good Twin" and "The Psychotic Twin" are arguing about which option they would take. "Quick Kill-Man", "Strong Muscles" and "Dr. Smith" agreed with attacking Unit Zero. "Nurse Kill-i.n.g. U" didn't make any choice. finally the leader of the guild, "the Organic Florist" decided to accept that idea.
