Halloween Special Event: duel & blood part III
thirty minutes ago.
Bird-E is in front of the front door guarding it. he has been outside for about two or three hours. he saw shadows moving far away on that time. he knows that the enemy is getting ready to attack. if he hasn't move is because he is too scare to move.
inside of the house is Doctor Middle Finger half awake watching over the other two guys who are sleeping so well and with no care for the world. Doctor Middle Finger gets an energy drink from his inventory and he drinks it. he feels so tired now.
Doctor Middle Finger stands up and he was about to open the front door when he looks at Bird-E who stops him. Bird-E is making a strange facial expression as he whispers the word 'run.'
it took a moment for Doctor Middle Finger to understand. he turns around and he gives two steps forward. in that moment an explosion sends him flying against a wall. Doctor Middle Finger was partially awake when he saw Bird-E on the ground with his body badly burned, he was covered on his own blood.
Organic Florist wakes up at the same time that Bigotes. they didn't need of an explanation to understand what was happening outside of the house. Bigotes & Organic Florist are getting their weapons out of their inventories.
Organic Florist walks slowly towards Bird-E and he takes his pulse. he felt sad to see that Bird-E was barely alive. Organic Florist drags carefully his friend inside of a room and he asks Doctor Middle Finger to take care of him.
Organic Florist walks towards the backdoor and he was about to look on the window when a bullet hits him on his left arm. he walks backwards and then he turns to see Bigotes who was as furious as he was for the way in which this cowards are playing.
Bigotes walks slowly towards the hole on the front of the house. someone throws some smoke grenades. Bigotes walks backwards and he takes a shotgun out of his inventory. Organic Florist is standing behind of him also holding a shotgun.
two guys wearing masks are entering on the house at the same time they are shot dead by Bigotes & Organic Florist. they know that they have to leave the house now.

inside of the room is Doctor Middle Finger using a first-Aid-Kit. he is taking care of the wounds on Bird-E which aren't that bad even when they look awful. the problem is that there seems to be internal damage and Doctor Middle Finger doesn't have the instruments to operate his friend.
Bird-E somehow is barely conscious. he knows that he is dying and he can tell that the others are more worry about saving his life than saving their own. Bird-E doesn't want to be the force holding his friends back. he doesn't want them to risk their lives for him.
"please, let me die."
said Bird-E with a voice so weak that it sounded like a sigh.
Doctor Middle Finger ignores the words of his friend as he concentrates on doing what his username suggest and that is been a doctor. he is trying to be a doctor for once.
outside of that house, on the road is Rotto Mentalita leading the men of Re-Incarnate Skull Breakers Guild. Rotto wasn't able to find his own people, but somehow he ended up as temporary substitute of this squad that was meant to be lead by Mad-M. who refused after going on his own for some personal vendetta.
Rotto is guiding every man in what to do. it is like if he was playing chess, but instead of using wood pieces he is using humans in every move. like it was said before Rotto is a leader and he is a scary man when he is leading others.
Rotto has never liked to show off his skills, jet he is a really proud man who refuses to accept a failure when he only know about victory. when they first arrived Rotto moved some men to protect every possible exit. he asks at two of them to be at his side.
back inside of the house, Organic Florist is feeling desperate and Bigotes is also feeling desperate. they want to go outside to fight the enemy even when they know that it is probably a trap.
Organic Florist screams furiously. he takes six bottles of wine out of his inventory. he is going to use his 'Gift.' to fight back against the enemy. Bigotes didn't had a 'Gift', but he didn't needed of one to fight against the enemy.
inside of a room was Doctor Middle Finger crying in front of Bird-E as he didn't know what to do. he couldn't help him much when he doesn't know which organs are badly damaged and which aren't.
Bird-E is starting to have difficulties breathing. Doctor Middle Finger holds Bird-E's hand as he thinks of a way to save his life. it isn't late, not jet.
"I, I a-am t-thankful. I d-din't d-d-did much fo-for my life. yu-you guys made m-m-my life better. thanks."
said Bird-E on a peaceful tone of voice.
"please man, don't do this. we can save you, you just need to wait a little bit more."
said Doctor Middle Finger feeling despair.
"I d-don't thi-think I can b-be s-saved. I am in t-too much p-pain."
said Bird-E with tearful eyes as he coughs blood.
it was clear that Bird-E was closer to his last breathe at every second that passes. there was no way to save his life. Doctor Middle knew this and he refuses to accept the reality that was given to him. who could accept the death of a dear friend?
Organic Florist breaks the backdoor. they shoot at him and he protects himself with the wine. he uses the wine to attack a guy who was in front of him. in one hit he breaks the neck of the guy. another from far away keeps shooting at him.

Organic Florist uses his 'Gift' and with it he attacks a hooded sniper until he was able to strangle the man. the body falls from a building. Organic Florist goes back inside feeling tired of using his power.

Organic Florist falls on his knees as he tries to breath properly. he can't control his power nor he can tolerate to use it for too long. Organic Florist is crawling on the floor as he tries to ask for help.
Bigotes was shooting at two snipers on the roof of a building on the other side of the street. Bigotes hears a strange sound and he looks at Organic Florist who is on the floor half unconscious. Bigotes walks towards him and he tries to help him. Organic Florist asks for a drink.
on the streets surrounding the house. Choco & Master of Lies are walking slowly on the darkness of the night avoiding any artificial light. Master of Lies gets his crossbow out of his inventory.
Rotto is in front of the men he is leading. he asks them all to attack at once the house and to kill them all. Rotto is irritate of all the time is taking to kill only four guys. he hates unnecessary things like killing.
Rotto takes a small gun out of his inventory and he walks in front leading the rest of his men. Rotto is worry for his people. he keeps telling himself that he is not a bad person. he keeps telling himself that he is doing what he has to do for his people.
like everyone else on this world he is just another guy, he is just other guy who also had a mistake to hide or scars to erase. there is nothing otherworldly to the quantity of people inside of this world with a similar story in which their past in one way or another changed or destroyed whatever was left of their future.
like most people stuck in this world Rotto isn't a bad guy, he is just trying to do whatever he can do to survive and sometimes that takes you to a dark rode in which you start to question how much do you actually deserve to be saved or forgiven.
'we are not bad people, or we weren't bad people, we just took the rode that took us to this point of no return.'
those were the words that Rotto read in one of his favorite books. a book about how making the wrong choice can turn the most dignified or pure soul into a place of darkness and malice. that book was his favorite because it was a teaching of how a wrong choice can turn a person of good intentions into the worst of evils.
Rotto keeps advancing with his henchmen. they enter inside of the house. Bigotes throws a grenade on the floor. one of the hooded henchmen uses himself as a shield to protect his superior. some of the henchmen are shooting at Bigotes and some of the bullets hit him.
the grenade explodes killing immediately the man who used himself as a shield. Rotto falls on the floor with the body on top of him. he looks at another henchman who's dead body in on flames.

two of the hooded henchmen are walking backwards. they are afraid and they want to leave. there are multiple loud gunshots. Rotto looks outside to see the two hooded henchmen falling on the ground dead. he then looks at a man covered on the darkness of the night.

Rotto was still alive, but things were different now that he only has two henchmen alive with him. those two were so scare that they were useless at the moment. Rotto keeps thinking about the words from the book that he loved to read so much.
inside of the room is Doctor Middle Finger holding Bird-E's hand. Bigotes was on another bed with some wounds on his legs, arms, and shoulder. Organic Florist was sitting with his back facing the wall. he was barely conscious for all the energy he used to control his power.
"g-go. I-I a-a-am as g-go-good a-as d-de-dead now. y-you don't n-ni-need me."
whispers Bird-E who is forcing himself to keep his eyes open and who is forcing every word out of his mouth.
Bird-E coughs blood. he looks at his left, then at his right. he looks at Doctor Middle letting him know with the sight that he can no longer feel his body.
"please leave every cruel joke outside of this room we can save you. I am sure that with the right tools we can."
said Doctor Middle almost screaming with desperation clinging to a false truth.
"stop lying to that man. we all are going to die."
said Organic Florist with a melancholic smile.
"shut the fuck up. that man is my friend. fuck, he is my friend and I.... fuck at least let him leave with peace."
yields Bigotes feeling the impotence of not been able to do anything for someone who is so important to him.
on the living room of the house is Rotto thinking of a solution to his problem. one of the henchmen looks out of the window. he only sees darkness. he looks at Rotto and before he could talk a bullet ends his life with a fearsome screech that made the bullet on his skull.

Rotto is holding a gun tightly. he looks at it and he asks himself if he can actually use it, if he can actually kill someone else. not because he fears killing others, but because it was proven that there is always someone more skill, smarter or just crueler than him.
the last henchmen stands up. he seems to be ready. he gets out of the house. there are multiple gunshots. it all stops. there are some minutes of silence in which Rotto thought about the possibility of his henchman winning. there is a final gunshot.

Rotto stands up and he holds tightly the gun. there are approaching footsteps. he awaits nervously for the worst. he looks at the face of Master of Lies. Rotto throws the gun away ad he rises his hands slowly before he puts his hands behind his head.
inside of the room. Bird-E is trembling as he feels cold. his gaze is out of focus. he feels that his death is coming.
"thanks for been a good friend."
said Bird-E in a clear tone of voice.
in those last words he gave his last breathe. he died with his eyes open. the appearance of his face showed that he died peacefully. he went out with peace in his last seconds of life. Doctor Middle looks at Bigotes and without words he told him.
Bigotes stands up and he walks towards the warm corpse of his best friend. he looks at him with teary eyes. he closes the eyes of his friend and he looks away feeling like something inside of him was broken.

Rotto gets inside of the room with Choco and Master of Lies behind of him. Bigotes turns around and he starts to brutally beat up Rotto until he is stop by Choco. Bigotes looks at Master of Lies and he asks why is he in there.
"he saved your lives. you may never forgive him for been a treacherous piece of shit, but we can't deny the evident prove of his change of heart that was saving you guys and saving me before all of you."
said Karl with an emotionless tone of voice.
Master of Lies explains to them why they can't kill him. the reason is simple Rotto's people are at the moment helping Oblivious Soul-Rage on their assault against Joaquin and the group that is with him.
Rotto is covering his face as he is bleeding a lot from his nose and mouth. he confesses that he doesn't want to lose more people from his guild. he asks for forgiveness.
