People live in a society where humanity is classified into two categories. One is those people who are normal, and only have the ability that most humans can do. And then there is this other category, people who are special with abnormally extraordinary talents. They are those who have the potential to change the world. 

People crave glory, and they will do everything to obtain their selfish desires even if it means destroying the lives of the people who have nothing to do with them. 

This is the story of Kiyoko Sasaki, a young girl blessed with a trait that only she possesses. A talent that makes her special than anyone else. An individual who is seen by the people who are normal as someone different.

In this horrifying world where hierarchy determines the lives of every human being, what will be the fate of this young girl?

Sasaki explained Ichika's past life to me in detail about what they know, and there is only one thing that I can say about it.


Machida arrested Ichika's father in the past for doing an immoral act to the public. When they arrested him, without hesitation, Ichika's father confessed that he wanted to rape her daughter since he didn't get to do it with her. 


Machida had investigated Ichika in the past when her father confessed the name of his daughter and learned that she was a prostitute at a young age. 


Ichika had been earning money for a living by having sex with these people who likes doing it with young girls until she was found by a fashion designer named Enji Tachibana because of how great Ichika's talents are.


It was great at first, and Ichika became a successful Fashion Designer. After someone commented on their social media that Ichika was a former prostitute, the post got deleted right away, but that is where Machida noticed something, and even Sasaki noticed it as well.


 Ichika's eyes were lifeless. It feels like there was no passion for the job that she dreamed of doing. Sasaki and Machida guessed that it was probably because Enji Tachibana, who she was living with, blackmailed her, and did some horrible things to Ichika. Not once they added, but a lot of times.


It left me speechless. I felt stupid, and clueless that the person I am hanging out with was dealing with something horrible outside this university. 


"Can the two of you leave me alone for a while?"


The two of them looked at each other and stood up from their seats.


"Well then, contact us if you need anything. Asahi now that you know about Ichika's past, I hope that you can reach out to her."


The two of them walked away and went outside the library leaving me who doesn't have any idea what to do in this situation. Easier said than done. What Machida told me to reach out to her since I learned about her past. 


It felt like I could not look at Ichika the same way ever again.


I was roaming all alone in the Gym while thinking about what Sasaki and Machida had told me about Ichika's past. Even now I do not know what to do. 


I felt guilty. The person who I have been with most of the time had that horrible past, and I haven't done shit to her. I even argued a lot with Ichika. 


Did those things have a huge impact on her? I was the only one who she was comfortable with, and it was obvious to everybody.


I should have paid more attention to her.


"Oh Asahi, it is rare for you to be here."


While I was sulking around, Raku saw me inside and went towards where I was. He was really cheerful like usual. But, seeing Raku somewhat gave me that positive energy because of his attitude.


"Oh, do you have a problem in mind?" Raku asked.


"Awww come on! Don't be stingy. I have been checking on you for a few seconds, and it seems like you are thinking about something. Let's have a seat"


The two of us sat on the floor. Well, Raku was quite an annoying person, and sometimes he was really pushy. 


"What are you doing here anyway?" I asked.


"Of course! I want to have a stronger body, hehe."


Good for this guy. Raku might be working out since now we know that there is a killer on the loose among us. 


Maybe he also learned from what happened to him when Hyakuzawa had beaten him up twice and wanted to defend himself, or maybe to fight back. 


As for me, All I have been doing is eating junk food, reading manga, and watching movies. Sigh… 


"So, What is this problem that you have?"
