Pokemon Battle.

Mr. Pokemon, Joseph and the little pokemon gang arrived at the central part of the city it's also the busiest place of the city.

"This is my house here in Viridian City." Mr. Pokemon gestured his hands then he opened the door and entered with Joseph and the little ones. The house was a two-storey building with 300 Sq ft. space wide enough to accommodate 20 diners in one go.

The dining tables and other restaurant equipments are gone because the restaurant isn't operating anymore, it was a large empty place and it needed some work to renovate it and become a proper looking shop.

On the second floor there is a personal kitchen, bathroom, living room, a guest room and finally the master's room.

The place was pretty simple, he expected some grandeur because Mr. Pokemon is actually famous in pokemon professor's circle of Kanto and Johto.

"Young Jojo, here's the key to this house." Mr. Pokemon handed the key with a pokemon egg keychain.

"Thank you." Joseph genuinely gave his sincere thanks to the old man.

"No I should the one who must say thank you." Mr. Pokemon smiled at Joseph and patted his shoulder.

"When you opened you shop I would like to be the first customer of it, please train my Bellossom. Oh! I forgot about her! You should familiarize yourself around the house Jojo or tour around the city, I'm going to take my Bellossom to the pokemon center and visit some of my friends in the Pallet town today." The old man suddenly rushed on the way to the pokemon center, Joseph was left alone and shook his head.

Mew became visible, it was floating nearby Joseph's head after it dodged the hand of Mr. Pokemon for the second time.

"Mew mew!"

"Pikachu."

"Quilava."

"Farfetch'd."

"Vee."

The five little guys sat on the floor while looking at their trainer.

"Like what Mr. Pokemon said this house will be ours, and we will start a shop here. First we need to make money to renovate the lower floor." Joseph remembered his pathetic 12 Pokedollars on his account that showed by the high-tech trainer ID.

"Oh that's right the stocked big nuggets on my bag." Joseph searched his bag and finally found some valuable 5 Big nuggets, this nuggets cost 20,000 Pokedollars when sold in game.

"A hundred thousand pokedollars! It should be enough to renovate the shop." Joseph nodded then he took out the game console Rotom on his bag.

"Rotom."

"Hello Roto-J!" The 3ds XL automatically opened and flipped-up its screen and the face to rotom appeared on it.

"Can you show me the map of this city?"

"Sure! Regional map opening..." After the Kanto region map showed it zoomed in the Viridian City where Joseph's exact location is, there are also labelled locations like the modern google maps.

"The nearest PokéMart is 500 meters huh." Joseph muttered and thanked Rotom. "Guys let's tour arround the city."

The little guys happily cheered when they heard their trainers words.

Joseph together with the little pokemons, went out and toured around the Viridian City.

Since they don't have money to take a cab, Joseph took out an Arcanine for him to ride. The Arcanine he called is one of his favorite pokemon that's always on his roster when he wasn't picking a fire type starter and used it to clear some pokemon games, and the Arcanine he summoned is definitely a strong one.

The 2 meters dog licked the face of Joseph. Joseph remembered that he also maxed out the friendship value of Arcanine, it's the reason why the big ass dog was so intimate with him.

"Hello buddy, I'm sorry to disturb your rest." Joseph caressed the fluffy fur on Arcanine's neck.

Arcanine shook his head indicating that there is no problem about it.

Joseph smiled then he took some Pokebeans for Arcanine to eat, after the big fire dog ate all of the Pokebeans Joseph hopped on its back and the four little guys also did the same then they went to the nearest PokeMart to sell the big nuggets.

But before they arrived at the PokeMart, they saw lots of people battling in the park's battle stage.

Joseph's attention was caught and watched the first ever pokemon battle he will witness.

On the stage there was a Lucario and a Nidoqueen, the Lucario is owned be a 10-12 years old looking male kid that have a bob cut dark green colored hair and he's wearing a long sleeved shirt and a short sleeved lab coat and a green bag while his opponent is a female girl with curly blonde hair and wearing gothic looking dress. Joseph can't help to admit that the gothic lolita looks so cute on her dress.

Based on type advantage, the Nidoqueen and Lucario have only slight advantage and disadvantages.

If the Lucario knows a powerful ground type move like earthquake the battle will surely end, but, the Nidoqueen cant be belittled because it can also learn some powerful moves enough to OHKO the Lucario. Who knows how this battle would end?

"Lucario, use Bone Rush." The dark green haired kid calmly said. Lucario conjured a bone shaped weapon made from aura energy then it rushed towards Nidoqueen.

"Nidoqueen wait for an opening and use Counter!" The goth lolita waved her hand, Nidoqueen sharpened her senses waiting for the right time to counter.

"The girl is brave." Joseph muttered waiting for the result of the clash.

Lucario successfully landed three consecutive strikes to Nidoqueen, Nidoqueen endured those hit and waited for the fourth.

The Nidoqueen saw an opening! The fourth strike of Lucario's Bone Rush was dodged then Nidoqueen's right fist glowed and it contains a lot of power and punched on Lucario's abdomen.

It was a super effective strike!

The dark green haired boy's eyes narrowed then he commanded again. "Lucario distance yourself and use Aura Sphere."

"Nidoqueen don't let him, use Fire Punch then finish him with Earthquake!" The goth lolita smiled like she was already the victor of the match.

"This is bad, Lucario use protect then High Jump Kick as high you can." The green haired boy.

Lucario made a protective shield that blocked the Fire Punch of Nidoqueen. Nidoqueen ignored the fact that her Fire Punch was blocked and then she used Earthquake!

the ground trembled then series of cracks formed but it was dodged by Lucario by jumping in the air.

"That's illegal." Joseph said. Then all of the trainers nearby him glance him with weird faces. "I'm just kidding."

Lucario's High Jump Kick connected on Nidoqueen's face then Nidoqueen wad thrown 3 meters from Lucario.

"Nidoqueen!" The goth lolita was extremely worried about her pokemon's status.

Nidoqueen tried to stand up but it fainted because of the powerful kick.

"Anna's Nidoqueen fainted and can't battle anymore! Lucario and Sorrel won this match!" The acting referee said.

"That's actually a close fight. If that earthquake landed I'm sure the results are different too bad the loli was outsmarted by the green loving kid." Joseph said then he continued his way to sell his big nuggets.

"Eevee."

"Pika pika pi."

"Faarfetch'd"

"Qui."

"Let's go." Joseph patted the Arcanine's head and continues their travel to PokeMart.

"Hey don't go! Your Arcanine seems strong let's have a match!" The random dude said.

"Well..." Joseph awkwardly smiled.

"Don't tell me you're scared?" The dude taunted.

Then Arcanine looked at the dude as if the dude was an Idiot.

"No" Joseph replied then he asked Arcanine. "What do you think buddy?"

"Arc." Arcanine nodded.
