Hazel smiled as she caressed her older brothers back.
"Why did you hide? you never told me....Daniel" Hazel whispered looking up at him.
Day ruffled his hair and sighed "I am not the same... you can probably tell that, I had no plan to tell you about me...but well, I thought you were..dying so I couldn't control myself... I have changed into something bad...I don't like it but it's the truth Haze"
"You are the same for me... you always were" Hazel's word stirred Days heart he hugged her again and secretly wiped a few stray tears which Hazel didn't notice, she was hugging him, he wrenched himself away from her a patted haze on the head "Let's go, they still don't know you're awake. I'ma give them a heart attack"
They exited the room, it was evening and what turned out to be a training area was spread outside on the green grass, archery boards, and everyone from the 3 groups, some with swords while some had bows in their hands, everyone had stopped and we're staring at her, bit she just had eyes for the people by the dart board who were looking at her dazed, hazel, spring forward towards Leo who was standing still, she covered the length of the field in seconds and reached Leo.
Hazel hugged him fiercely, her shoulder throbbed but she ignored it, Leo trembled as he hugged her back, Hazel hugged.him for a total of 5 minutes before wrenching herself away from her and looking at Ash who was standing beside them, looking solemn. Hazel remembered that Ash was the one who saved her, she was puzzles about him, he was a definite mystery.
Ash gulped and stared in her eyes, his dark eyes showed questions....his hair were scattered like always on his face.
He understood her gaze and answered her unsaid question .
" I..um..changed my mind I guess...but I never wanted you to get hurt...they had Noah, my 6 year old cousin, they threatened to kill him, I had no choice, but you had a chance, he didn't...I anyways knew...where I could find the cure...I...um...I am sorry"
