Unbeknownst to humans, there are two worlds: The Real World, and the Underworld called the Purple Sea. Uriel, a self-proclaimed book addict was just reading by the fountain, unaware of how late it was. It was April 27. At exactly 11:27pm, a full moon occurred and the water at the fountain turned purple, a sign that the portal to the Purple Sea has been opened. It swallowed him down, way down into the Underworld. When he came back to the Real World, he was different. He had Aquakinesis, the power to manipulate water. But not only that, he also became King of the Purple Sea.

My Accidental Power

I couldn't focus on the book I was reading. And with so many questions running inside my head, there was no way I could sleep. Princess Nicolette seemed to have fallen asleep after telling me that she's not 210 years old. How could she lie about that? Why did she have to lie? But on top of deceiving me about her age, there were a lot more important things that bothered me.
