After the incident with Gauri, Mia showed up with a ton of ice cream and a surprise for Amelia. It took everything in Amelia for her not to jump the fucking surprise because she fucking really needed it.

"Hey guys, I'm home…fuck why are y'all on the floor," Mia asked as Lia and Lexi slowly gathered themselves off the floor. They had been making fun of Gauri and Garner in the past hour and to say it was refreshing was an understatement.

They had roleplayed the various incidences they had walked in on Gauri ready to shave her husband. It was almost like their dad didn't know shit about the kitchen but he was always ready and willing to prepare food for his wife.

He would always give the chefs a break and tell them he would be their chief, only for him to call for help when the food had been burnt and the house was full of smoke. He always said that he wanted to make Gauri feel special even when they were getting old, and boy they were always special moments.
