For Her

Now that Alexandra thought about everything, she realized that Jill was different whenever she dealt with Amelia.

She was kinder in her own bitchy way. There were times she would explode and be crazy, but there was always a gentler side to her whenever Amelia was in the room or whenever they were talking about Lia.

She never went all bitchy badass on Lia, and Lexi should have noticed. But then again, they were a series of little things—a series of things that could barely fill a jug of water. The compassion had been there, even though it had been in bits.

Lexi loved Lia, and even if they would go through hell because of her siblings, she knew she was harmless; otherwise, why the fuck would she go through literal shit and still love Alexander?
