Chapter 34- introducing Michael Part 2

Upon entering Dominic's office, Dominic without further ado, telephoned through to the senior manager of his securities team and begun screamed down the phone "I want every single one them out of this building this instant!"

Dominic slammed his hands on his desk, his pheromones was getting strong, but Michael and Andrew had noticed it was no longer affecting them, looks like Dominic can control its attack target radius and attack target. Again Michael looked at his friend with admiration in his eyes, but right now he needed to get Dominic to calm down, and that's going to as harder than riding a bull, Michael Sighed with reservations, those damn guards do not understand what they have done.

And that was truly the case they had no clue what they had done, because of them Dominic has been caught on camera using his newly developed abilities.

Unbeknown to Dominic and Michael the video was now being widely publicised and had gone viral within hours of it hitting the internet.

Unfortunately for them that same video had gotten into the hands of the Secretary General, who stared at the video maliciously, he looked up to the man who had handed him the video and said eerily "find his team and bring them him". Dominic's secret was out, but what the actual secret was no one knows.

At around midday Dominic was ready to introduce Michael to the company, his method of choice to deliver the news was via use of a press conference. A sharp knock was heard on Dominic's office door and in walked Daniel, "Sorry to disturb you Mr, Lanxian but the press is waiting in the conference room" Daniel stated, before bowing his head and leaving again.

"Let's go" Dominic command to Andrew and Michael, the three parties walked out of Dominic office giving off the aura of royalty, exuding both dominance and a god like deportment, making them appear untouchable.

In regard to press conference, the decision was to allow Dominic to individually speak to the press first and then later have Michael come on stage.

Dominic entered into the conference room, as per is usual demeanour he was cold as ice. He had no pleasantries for the press and intended to get straight to the point.

However something was amiss, the pheromones emanating from the people within the room was filled with fear, and they all avoided eye contact with Dominic, no one dared to speak engulfing the room in dead silent.

After being introduced and welcomed to podium Dominic directly spoke regardless of the unusual behaviour of the press teams. "Due to unforeseen circumstances, I will be taking a short break from my position as CEO. In the interim Michael Jones will be replacing me, along with my brother as regional manager. That is all" he announced firmly then stepped away from mic refusing to answer any questions from the press.

With Dominic refusing to engage with the media teams and everyone seemingly too afraid to voice their questions, Michael was invited in.

Everyone now focused their attention towards the entrance of the conferencing room and expectantly wait for this unknown person to walk in, their pheromones had changed from that of fear and grew in excitement.

The doors open and in walks Michael everyone jaws drop, they couldn't believe that this man was associated to Dominic. They all looked to Dominic who gave them a look of death, sending the fear of God down their spines.

Michael walked side by side with Andrew smiling sweetly at everyone in the room, some whispered fearfully to their colleagues "maybe he'll let us ask him questions, no way was I going to ask mr Lanxian, his pheromones are so strong today I don't want to end up like those guards" they all nodded their heads in agreement. From what they had seen today upsetting Mr Lanxian was seeking ones own death, at Least Mr Jones appeared friendly so their's hope for them getting a big story today after all.

Once Michael was in position he began to speak in a relaxed manner, trying to ease the atmosphere in the room, mostly caused by no other than Dominic himself. Michael charismatic charm immersed the room and to show the strong relationship between himself and the Lanxian' he took a light jab at Dominic's expense.

"don't worry all am not as scary as my friend here.....sometimes even I have to wonder if he was born from an iceberg hahah! Ain't that right Dominic" Michael teases Dominic smiling an winking at him, Dominic who had sat off to his side gently rose his head and through lowered eyes glared darkly at Michael. Everyone was afraid that Dominic was about to retaliate, but Michael just laughed lightly and continued.

"You see all, even I sometimes get the devils glare.... pretty sure he's going to kill me later but that laters problem am right"

He said jokingly and low sea of chuckles could be heard amongst the room.

Michael continued "Now back to today agenda, as you all I know I am Michael Jones, Dominic's childhood and I am also engaged to Andrew Lanxian. I will be overseeing the company's business hopefully for a short period, I look forward to working with you all....any questions" Michael stated firmly, shocking the entire room especially Andrew, since when were they engaged?

Andrew was dumbfounded when did he and this tub of lard had gotten engaged much less been in a relationship, could Andrew had been asleep during the proposal? Andrew was expecting the press to enquire about the sudden engagement but instead someone bravely asked "Mr Jones is this interim due to the recent video that's going around online of Mr Lanxian. It's clearly visible his physical appearance has changed and his alpha pheromones are quite potent, is Mr Lanxian unwell?"

Michael was puzzled and hurriedly asked , "what video?" Andrew called out in a horrified voice "this video". Dominic immediately stood up and looked at Andrew's phone screen along with Michael. The video showed Dominic moving at an almost inhuman speed, then throwing a man across the room and rendering unconscious around ten guards with his pheromones alone. Dominic held his head his migraines had now intensified and was causing him to lose focus, he held Michael wrist grabbing his attention then nodded, Michael Instantly understood and dismissed the meeting, Michael had some serious work to do and a lot of people was now in danger.
