He Is The Villain

Wei Heng walked, half-running and soon found his way out not far from the back of the church. He meets the agent on duty and says no one is getting out the back street. Meaning that person did not take the path that Wei Heng chose.

Wei Heng tried to contact Su Yu, but there was no answer. Their communication signal was cut off. Su Yu had come a long way. 

The path Su Yu take led him to the city's water passage.

As he exited the hall he could see a shadow near the entrance. That person was still standing there calmly, quite confident that Su Yu wouldn't have chased him this far.

Su Yu quickened his pace, his feet made a loud noise and made the man in front even notice Su Yu's presence. The man ran after the water passage, Su Yu chased after him.

It seemed that Su Yu was going to get his little fish today.

The man took his way out, Su Yu was right behind him. They are in a building. The man pushed the door into an exhibition hall.
