I was talking with Professor Xu Chenglei and several Sage Institute scientist, when Richard Cumolo told me that the power that needed by any person to control a dragon is related to talent, the technology just a help, as of any other gear would give the same effect. So i asked what is the criteria to deem a person is ready to take control in the bonding process.
