Death to Ellder was nothing more than a doorway to another world that Ellder would never regret. Even though his life is currently in danger. If only Elle knew what Ellder was doing maybe Elle would be furious.

Instead of trying to kill him, one of the pirate soldiers behind Ellder hit the back of Ellder's head until he passed out. Ellder fell to the ground as she lost consciousness. They locked Ellder in an unventilated basement.
