The emergency operating room was nothing more than a cubicle with a long table and street lamps as operating lamps. There was no proper surgical scalpel, only a few titanium daggers which would be sterilized by washing with drinking water.

"Ready?" Elle asked before leading the operation to plant desert worms that had been modified as life-tracking devices.

"The way these animals work is like a tapeworm in general. Stick under the skin or I will make a special area so it won't disturb other vital organs." A young doctor began to explain the simple procedure.

"Wait a minute. You haven't got my permission yet." Hector shouted frantically.

"A prisoner does not have a voice permitted. You don't have to worry, the doctor said Yluvi won't kill you." Elle said lightly.
