The insurrection, Shifters, the protectors of the world, had risen in riot and waged war following Atyer, their twisted leader. 

He lead the rebellion, conducting twisted experiments to "improve" the shifters until the allied races finally put him down. 

Since than, Shifters have been looked at with mistrust and hate, blamed for the war, even those who had nothing to do with it. 

Shiek, a shifter, meets Oki, a dragon girl, and together they are tasked with leading the Shifters back to their prime in these turbulent times

I have no problem with the plot and story quality. But there is a problem with writing style that made me press the brakes of my car and run then brake again in succession. There is sometimes sentenses that doesn't start with capital letters and there's an overuse of commas in the story. Maybe you should lessen it? Nice story at all. Though there's some issues with letters and punctuations I think it's a great story! You defined your plot nicely and I don't believe you are a new writer! However, keep it up!

The story is captivating. I wanted to just scan through the first three chapters but I got curious and kept going could not stop, since I wanted to know what will happen next. I love the free flow of narration. For me the story is worth the read. 

The concept of the book is unqiue and the characters are very refreshing. The plot is smooth and the world background is very well explained. Overall the book is immersive. Hope to see more chapters!!!
