Why am I not surprised

Michael slid under a make zombies swipe before he rushed forward with a punch only to feel his fist tear through it's rotting flesh, causing a grin to appear on his face as he sped up his actions

At this point Michael was just going contact against contact using his brute strength because using techniques would end it to quickly, through this he found that these zombies can't even break his defense severely lowering the chance at which he could get infected, causing his actions to become even wilder

He was like a wolf in a flock of sheep, constantly switching his fighting stile, fist, knees, elbows, claws even at one point he head butted a zombie causing it's head to complete explode , as his grin grew broader

" he's a complete battle junkie " muttered Yuuki as if she was complaining but the crazed smile adorning her face gave way to her through thoughts as she clenched her weapons as she watched the surroundings, Saeko who stood close to her starting having a similar expression as she started breathing heavy

" mou, Michael looks so cute like that when he's smiling so happily but the blood smells disgusting " said Shizuka as she slashed the neck of a zombie only for it to collapse as it's head dropped off

" tch, seeing the way you kill while having that lazy innocent look is borderline creepy " said Yuuki when she noticed this scene, gaining nods of agreement from the others around

" Michael said that as a doctor my hands are the most important, they should be able to save lives or take them " replied Shizuka as she titled her head to the side as she swung her hand to remove the blood causing Misuzu and Toshimi to shudder as they watched how fluently her actions were without changing her face

" Michael really is ridiculous " said Rei with a sigh drawing everyone's attention to her causing an awkward silence to ensue as no one spoke

" why are we still here? " asked Takashi seemingly oblivious is to the awkward situation but at least it somewhat diffused the situation

" Takashi can leave on his own, I'm staying with Michael " said Rei causing the words Takashi were going to say to stick in his throat as his expression darkened along with surprised reactions from the others in the group even Yuuki as it showed on her face before it turned serious

" so you made your choice? " she asked as a dangerous aura started radiating from her body causing the surrounding temperature to seemingly drop causing the weaker in the group to grow pale. Saeko looked at this underclassmen before her seriously as she only now saw the difference between them

" yes, even if I was to die now, I'll never regret my decision " Rei squeezed out that sentence through gritted teeth as she tried not to buckle under the pressure, not noticing the appreciation that flashed through Yuuki's eyes

" tch " said Yuuki as she returned to normal

" welcome to the family " exclaimed Shizuka as she hugged Rei burying her head in her breast causing the girl to struggle to break free as she never felt herself so close to death even with what happened today

" was....was that it? " asked a completely bewildered voice causing everyone to turn and face the owner only to see Misuzu with a dark face

" what do you mean? " asked Saya as she pushed up her glasses on her face as she looked at the girl

" you two, you're obviously dating the same man " exclaimed Misuzu as she pointed at Yuuki and Shizuka " you obviously want to be included in the relationship " she said as she looked at Saya and then she pointed at Rei who was gasping for air with a trembling finger " and you also just joined whatever it is " she said as everyone looked at her in confusion " and none of you seem to have a problem with it, are you guys mad? " she practically shrieked

" mou? Michael is caring " said Shizuka as she tilted her head

" intelligent " said Saya as she joined in

" he's really sweet and he's a great cook " said Rei with a blush

" he's hardworking " said Shizuka with a dazed look " he's really handsome when he's focused on something " drawing several nods

" and he's supportive and he brings me a sense of security " said Yuuki with a bright smile, which seemingly infected the others as they started to smile as well which made Misuzu lip twitched

" that doesn't explain why you would share your partner " she exclaimed drawing more confused looks

" mou, Michael once asked me, what hurts more, sharing the one you love or watching the one you love be with someone else, after that sharing didn't seem that big in comparison " replied Shizuka seriously before the look disappeared

" as much as I'd want him to myself, he makes me feel so special even though I'm not the only one " grumbled Yuuki

" plus it helps that he treats everyone equally....in everything " replied Saya as she blushed causing those who knew what she meant to release blushes of their own

" y-you guys " Misuzu tried to argue but she couldn't find the words, plus with everything that was going on it would be nice to have someone who would protect you and support you causing her to fall silent

" ahem " someone cleared their throat causing the group to look over and see Michael looking at them expressionlessly causing them to look around and notice the group of zombies was already destroyed causing them to smile awkwardly , not knowing Michael was smirking internally as he had heard their convo and thanked the lord that he had maxed out his eloquence skill as it helped a lot more than he thought it would

" did you get the bag? " asked Saeko trying to break the awkward atmosphere to which Michael nodded his head before he threw one to Yuuki who caught it before she looked inside before she squealed in excitement causing the group to look over

When they gasped as she took out to silver white tonfas and started using them expertly

" click the button on the handle " she heard Michael say to which she instantly did only to watch in shock as a blade came out along the entire shaft causing her to jump in excitement

" reason why you have weapons like that at school " asked Saya as she looked directly at Michael to which he smile and said nothing at which she hmphed

" so what weapon do you have " asked Saeko as she eyes the bag on his back which caused him to smile mysteriously

" you'll see if someone forces me to use it " replied Michael before he looked towards the door

' it might seem like a long time had passed but it's only be 3 minutes ' thought Michael as she glanced towards the stairs with a frown before he walked towards the door

" we need to leave " said Michael to which no one had any problems as they rushed to leave the place while still keeping their guard up causing Michael to smile

As they walked their face turned grim as they spotted the body parts adorning the road, the blood on the floor being fresh which could mean none of that group managed to make it pass here before being torn apart to which Michael looked at everything indifferently as they made their way to the bus

As everyone climbed to the bus, Michael looked at the surroundings only to notice the big group of zombies that gathered in the original hadn't as it meaning they got here much faster even with the setbacks causing him to raise a brow

' is that good or bad ? ' thought Michael only to be snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a scream which made him shoot unto the bus

Michael looked at the scene before him speechlessly as he looked at Yuuki and Saeko who had their weapons at the throat of who he recognized to be a bloodied Kyoko

' it seems that she injured herself when she broke into the bus and hid ' taking note of the broken back window on the bus

' I wonder how she survived ' thought Michael curiously before a cold grin found its way unto his face as he looked towards the school as he watched a bunch of people fun out of the school

' it seems us killing the zombies saved a lot more people than before ' noting more people in who he identified to be Shido's group

" hehehe I hope your enjoyed your last year alive " chuckled Michael darkly as he stepped unto the bus leaving the door open to the surprise of the others which looked at him in confusion

To which Michael smiled before he looked at Yuuki and Rei

" seems you to can get your revenge " said Michael before he sat down, causing the others to look outside only to have varying expressions as they saw the group
