The ' Merchant ' Part 1

Driving back from the plains after finishing today's training, the car came to a stop before the gate, a few seconds later, it could be seen opening before the car drove inside

After entering inside the walls, the group inside the car ignored all curious stares and discussions that were coming towards them, Michelle simply didn't care while the trio had become numb to the attention they were receiving

A month or so into training, Michelle decided that she'll stop sneaking the car over the wall to leave or return, and instead opted to go right through the gate. There were several reasons for this, 1. those around him could now protect themselves, as strong as she was she couldn't be everywhere, 2. she wanted the attention towards herself, and the final reason was that it served as a deterrent

How you may ask? Several garrison soldiers nearly pissing themselves as they rushed to open up the gate, well that'll get people asking questions. The more they asked, the deeper into the trap called curiousity they fell

Which led up to the somewhat large gathering of people outside her new head quarters. A massive 3 story building that took of the space of 3 or 4 buildings on either side

You're probably wondering how she got her hands on something that was clearly owned by some powerful noble, well if asked, Michelle would just say she ' asked ' nicely

" my master will see you now " said a well dressed servant as he looked up and down Mieko and Carla, not even hiding the lust in his gaze even as he eyed Mikasa at one point before turning to Michelle and unconsciously taking a step back as Michelle stood up to her full height and blocked his gaze from the others

" look at them that way again and I'll break your neck " said Michelle calmly before she walked passed him brushing him as she did causing him to fall on his ass much to the trios amusement before they followed behind Michelle

Michelle maneuvered through the halls expertly as if she had a map of the entire compound, which she did only mentally, while ignoring the shouts and complaints of the servant who chased after them, before she came towards two large doors , the outside having 2 beautiful statues .

Michelle paused as she took in how grand just the door was as she started to imagine how ridiculous it's owners will be, she placed her hands on the handle as she released a sigh before she nodded to the surprisingly nervous trio behind her. Seems even after all they've seen, nobles still seem sacred in the minds of the common populace

' this is real life, what are the chances of those tropes coming true ' thought Michelle before she pushed open the door not waiting for the person inside to tell her to enter

Walking inside, Michelle took in the sights of the massive room, containing a massive library with a large desk situated in the middle, behind it a chubby middle aged man reading through documents. The entire room just told one thing " I'm rich, but I want to show the world my various riches, in the most over the top way "

Michelle groaned as she saw the room, her feeling on how this might turn to out feeling more and more correct. Turning her attention to the man, she felt her lip twitch as she took in the obvious power show, for not only were the documents he was supposedly reading upside down, she could hear the sound of whatever poor servant was giving him head under the desk

" Ahem " Michelle cleared her throat causing the man to look up in ' surprise ' as if he just noticed her entry

" ah my apologies, I was busy dealing with these documents when my servant notified me of your arrival. Please take a seat " said the man as he gestured to the single chair several feet away from his desk

Michelle took a seat in the chair, Mieko, Carla and Mikasa standing behind her like to guards before she turned her attention towards the man, who like she expected was eyeing the trio, herself included thought much more discreet than his servant but she still caught it easily and she was sure the others had as well

" Ms. Takami was it? your reputation doesn't do enough justice to highlight your beauty " said the man his gaze travelling over Michelle's body as a glint flashed in his eyes causing Michelle to question why she ever considered being civil, though his words gained her interest

" what reputation would that be? " asked Michelle, she knew that her name was becoming a major topic but she never cared to find out in what way

" the woman who's very name strikes fear into the hearts of the garrison, I've asked several sources but I've never found out why, tell me why is that ? " asked the man though everyone could hear it was an order

To this Michelle just smiled and didn't reply while she scoffed internally, the same couldn't be said for Mikasa as her grip on the back on the chair tightened at his words, causing Michelle to smile slightly

Waving her hand to Mieko, who gave her a large duffle bag, Michelle reached in and took out an ingot of refined Iron before she lightly threw it causing it to land on the man's desk, much to his surprise as he stumbled back nearly falling out the chair and from the muffled yelp he most likely kicked whoever was under the table, causing Michelle to have to stifle a laugh

Carla on the other hand couldn't help it and released a chuckle earning her a glare from the man before he calmed himself, before he took up the ingot and started inspecting it. She had to praise the man for his his control over his expressions, though she could still smell the greed radiating of the man as he turned his attention back to her as another glint passed through his eyes

" where'd you get this from ? " he asked not moving his gaze from her body as he waited for her answer

" from my workshop " replied Michelle nonchalantly, not long after she smelt anger starting to radiate from the man at her mannerism,causing her to smile internally

' I promised Mieko, I'll try to be civilized but I don't think she'd mind if you force me to gut you ' thought Michelle with a dark smile

" how high is your production? Are all ingots the same quality as this one? Does your workshop only smelt iron? " the man asked several questions in quick succession. She could smell his greed growing along with his impatience the longer he held the bar as he started eyeing the duffle bag

" how much can you buy? " asked Michelle in the same nonchalant tone, chuckling internally at the massive spike in anger at her words as he was surely insulted

" I can assure you woman, I can buy all your workshop produces and not even blink " replied the man arrogantly before a sly smile appeared on his face as he continued " I'll buy all ingots your store produces at 3 silver KNO ( Kyojin no okane ), I highly doubt you'll get a much more generous price than mine " he finished as he looked at her proudly

His words caused a tense atmosphere to appear as Michelle's eyes narrowed coldly. Michelle could smell the extreme blood lust that was radiating off of Mieko at his words. She took the task upon herself to investigate the current prices of all produce and items sold between the walls, and a normal refined Iron ingot sold for 5 Silver KNO, with the quality of Michelle's ingots, they'd go for double if not triple that price yet he quoted such a ridiculous offer

Not bothering to pay any further attention to the man, Michelle appeared before the man and took away the ingot before she appeared back in her previous spot before putting back in the bag before she took the others to leave. She was sure he didn't even notice the ingot was missing

" are you sure you want to walk out that door bitch? " asked the man coldly dropping all former pretense only to be met with silence as the group continued to the door, though the atmosphere grew even tenser the longer he spoke

" I'm the owner of the largest Merchant Union in these walls, with ties to those in the inner walls, if I don't buy from you, no one would dare buy anything from you " said the man angrily as he noticed

his previous words didn't have the result he expected. Because of his words Carla and Mieko slowed their steps and their bodies started trembling, causing the man to smile proudly as he thought it was from fear

Anyone who was on a battlefield would tell him otherwise

" though there's a simple way for us all to get what we want " said the man as he got up from the desk not bothering to pull up his pants, as a woman in maid clothing climbed from under the desk

" all of you become my concubines, and you'd live like queens between these walls.....if not, I'm sure you know what'll happen " said the man with a perverted smile causing the room to fall into silence

" Mieko, I'm sure I fulfilled my promise to you " replied Michelle as she glanced over her shoulder, her eyes glowing a cold silver
