THIRD PERSON POV
Artea continued to dread everything as the days passed; she was paranoid, her anxiety wasn't helping, and the constant worry about her family while trying to maintain her composure and it was eating away at her spirit.
Everyone around her assumed she was fine; those reassuring words, the smile she flashed when she spoke to Quinn, Greg, Kaylee, and the others were a sham to conceal the turbulence she was experiencing on the inside.
“You can smile all you want, but I can see what you're really feeling” Kane said as he appeared behind her as she walked to the bleachers outside, away from the crowds and the rest of the venue. “That’s so not fair… You have your juju and I can only rely on my sight” She gave Kane an accusing look before continuing walking.
