CHAPTER 2- A MEMORABLE JOURNEY
"The love which gives us a happiness at the beginning gives us a lots of pains, when it goes away from us." Let's see the dejected and drunken Harish and notice what he does…
In order to sustain the chillness, Harish has wore a sweater in the place of the black shirt and his face is being shrunk due to the extreme chillness, having been a winter season in the Coimbatore…
He is thinking about his love interest Ishika, who will never come back to him because of a conflict…Harish tries to contact Ishika but, having failed, he breaks the phone…
"Harish. Are you mad? Are you doing this by knowing?" asked his twin brother Surya.
With the help of his friends, Surya takes Harish back to his home. While going, Harish asks, "The love which is giving extreme happiness to us, is leaving pain to us, while it's going. Why? I and my brother had a different perspective of life before our respective lovers entered our life"

We were born in a rich family background near Kalapatti, Coimbatore district. My father Shiva Rathnam is a rich businessman in all over India. He is a respected and popular man in Tamil Nadu, because as a businessman, my father had given more employment opportunities for so many youngsters across India especially the rural areas, which he had also adopted and developed a lot.
Even though, we are all a bigwig in the society, my father used to tell me and Surya, "My dear sons. I too hailed from a Middle-class family background. Many have criticized me a lot, disrespected and ill-treated me. Those angered me a lot and with that fire only, I have grown up to this position. Wherever we go, we should have to respect and worship our elders. And you all should never harm girls, unlike others. They are the backbone of this country. Protect the girls from any dangers and never worry about the consequences"
For both of us, our father means a world. Because, we lost our mother in childhood and also, we know the pains of women since, we lost her. Though, we gained the affection of our father, we are yearning to gain the affection of women at any point and were praying for god.
Presently, we are a brilliant college students in PSG Colleges of Arts and Science. Though, we wanted to continue the business empire of our father, he was adamant that, we have to join in the Indian Army, because the terrorisms are increasing in the country and in deed, he wants this to be fulfilled by us, because he too aimed to do it but, in a circumstances, became rich in order to prove himself in the society.
Initially, we objected because, we felt that our father is intervening on our ambitions and dreams…
When I was about to tell the objection to my father, Surya stopped me and he told me, "Are you going to tell your objection? How much guts for you, da? He raised us as a solo father after our mother deceased. Can't we do this at least, for his sake"
This quiet changed my views and we enrolled ourselves in the National Cadet Corps under Army Wing, where the trainings and punishments are severe, especially by the seniors. The periods of five months were very severe. Because, we got severe beatings and punishments in the NCC and were almost dejected by the tortures.
However, Shiva Rathnam motivated us and we regained the spirit of Patriotism. During the second year, I and Surya met two girls in our college: Kaviya and Harshini. They both hails from a middle-class family and Kaviya is the daughter of Rajasekhar, a trusted PA of my father and an orthodox Brahmin.
In deed, Rajasekhar's family were largely benefitted by my father in all areas and he saw my father as a god. Kaviya and I use to have a lots of fights during childhood and it use to be funny with her…I slowly developed a soft corner for Kaviya…which turned into love slowly, when we enter into the college…
On accounts of Harshini, she hails from a middle-class family near Erode district and is the daughter of Krishna Prathap, an Exports manager in a Private company. He raised his daughter solely, without anybody's support. She is a soft and kind girl, who never behaves harshly with anyone…
My brother Surya fell for her charms and indeed, became her close friend at the beginning. Harshini initially, disliked my brother, since he is too overwhelming and follows comrade principles. But, she later on starts to like my brother a lot and they fell in love, eventually.
While, I alone didn't express my love feelings to Kaviya due to my shy attitude…
"Haven't you proposed your love, da?" Harish, when he saw me on the place, where I was admiring Kaviya…
"No da. I feel shy and feared to express my love" I said to him.
"You will never get your love in this generation, if you have the shy heart" said my brother and he left the place…
Not bothered about the consequences, I walked straight towards Kaviya and asked her. "I have to speak with you, pa"
"Yeah. Ok Harish. Let's speak" said Kaviya.
We both came to a place called Sundarapuram and there I expressed my love to Kaviya, who is stunned with this…
"I like you a lot, Harish. But, I was waiting indeed, to make you to tell your feelings" said Kaviya…
Finally, she has accepted my love and we all had a special and memorable timings. All was going fine and good, until a scene of tragedy occurred in my college…
One of my close friend named, Dhivya was attacked with an acid by one of my classmate named, Ravi, a guy from highly influential family near Salem. Since, she doesn't accept his love, he done this and in a fit of rage and anger, we all made a protest in the college campus of PSGCAS, calling out for a Mass bunk…
Left with no way, Ravi and his friends, who supported him, were arrested by the police officers and he was taken into the custody for 15 days, as per the orders of the Madras High court…Ravi's father, Janarthan, challenged us to punish Ravi, if they can, because, he will bring out Ravi in a bail, using his influence…
We planned tactfully and protested with a large group of girls and boys from various colleges and universities and protested in front of the court…Demanding for the death sentence of Ravi…Since, the protest occurred seriously for days and pertaining to my father's employees protest also with my father being himself in the scene, the High court declares death sentence to Ravi, in front of the public naked, so that many others will fear to do such a crime in rest of their life…
Ravi is killed as per the order and his father, out of grief and anger, challenged us that, he will make them feel the loss of his son by targeting our family…As per that, his henchman started to target our family…
As per this, they fatally injured me and my brother…Further, Harish's love interest, Harshini was killed with her entire family…However, I managed to save Kaviya but, her father and rest were killed in a fire by Janardhan's henchman…
After I recovered from my injuries, Surya was informed to be left for IPS training in order to forget the death of Harshini…Kaviya stood besides me, who asked me to leave all these things and come with her, since she cannot afford to lose him like her family…
Since, no one was ready to hear my point of view, I was furious and chased away Kaviya from the hospital…hoping that she will come back shortly…but, she never came back and asked me never to see her face…

It is a painful loss when love leaves us…Later on, Harish's father requested him to join Indian Army so that, his pain of loss will be temporarily down…Harish accepts and he enrolls up for the Indian Army…After getting trained for two years in Swimming, Commando and Anti-terrorism squad training, he is now serving as the General in the Air force…
For these two years, he has met so many people of different religions and he has gained their culture, their words and mannerisms. Besides these, he has also fought with so many terrorists in the borders of India…It's here, where Harish learns that there are so many problems in our country, other than inside the country alone…
He witnessed the snowfall, the running waters of rivers and dams, which made him to remember Kaviya and the memorable journeys…Hairsh thanks his father a lot, who has now took a retired life from business, writing the properties in the name of an orphanage, since his sons are not interested to do business…
He decides to return for Coimbatore in order to meet Kaviya and his father. He takes on to go in a train from Kashmir, where he sees his brother Surya, now the DSP of Himachal Pradesh, being transferred to Coimbatore district…
They both after having a close bond, has some talks and after two days, reaches to Coimbatore…Harish here learns from Surya that, Kaviya before 5 days, prior to Harish's recovery, has experienced a severe faints and in the process, has fainted…
At that time, the doctors took her to scanning and on the process, they learns that she has suffered a retrograde amnesia and because of that, she could not remember Harish and indeed, anything might happen…As told, a big problem happened between them, and she has left the place…
Though, Surya tried to tell this through contacting, he was stopped from doing so and after some days, he found Kaviya in Himachal Pradesh, and has indeed, made her remember her old memories for so many days…
Since, he doesn't want his brother to lose his beloved ones like him, who lost his love interest and is living with her tale of memories…On the duty, Surya has sacrificed a lot for making Kaviya to recall the heal of memories…
Kaviya is now besides Harish and they both reunites after an emotional embracement…After this, they reaches Coimbatore and meets Shiva Rathnam, who invites them warmly with Janardhan, who has reformed and indeed has come to apologize to all of them, because, it was his mistake prior to which, Surya have lost his loved ones and if he had told his son to respect women, he couldn't have lost him like such…
Finally, everyone has a blast in the house and it starts to rain in outside, which marks a new wave of life to the family and in the reflection of rain, Harish notices Harshini, smiling at him peacefully, while he leaves the place to live a life with her memories and plans to follow a memorable journey of love in rest of his life…
