Chapter 5

New mission activation complete. All systems, starting.

The mechanical notifications repeated itself three more times before moving to the next line. System started successfully. Two days remaining for mission to officially begin.

"What is it this time?" 02 excitedly wrapped his arms around 01 and continued talking. "Is it a fun one this time? I'm sick and tired of dealing with zombies and blood sucking beast missions. So tell me quick, what is it this time? Do we help someone fall in love? " He laughed. The other person didn't seem that happy though, they had served Time system limited for a total of 81 years by completing more than 1085 missions successfully but all the while there age remained unchanged to there bright 20 year old selves,just as when they had first started working here after dying in there real world and getting there souls extracted,mercifully. Well most people didn't fulfill the criteria of soul extraction hence they were simply eliminated,not leaving a trace behind of their existence,so these two were one of the lucky ones. Time system limited is a futuristic organization that regulates the happenings of present events,to look through it that there is no change in the course of events other then it's destined outcome. "01 , what is it? Tell meeeeee!! What is the mission? I want to know too", he complained all the while bouncing on his feet like an child asking it's parents for a toy. "The mission is elimination of two kids in love who have driven the present timeline into chaos by defying there destined fates. Two teams have already given up on this mission but the last team has successfully driven the two into an unlimited time loop though these two kids seem to be putting up barriers in there mental system,so everytime the mission is close to being completed ,they change the outcome,thereby starting the timeloop again, this in turn is creating chaos and driving the future and present timelines of their world into a frenzy. There's also another problem that is everytime the time loop starts there timespan of remembering their past seems to decrease. In the first loop it took them 2 whole months to remember their past, then in the next it took then 40 days to do so. So the chief has personally assigned us to complete the mission of eliminating them" ...02 fell a bit silent for a while, he had a complicated expression on his face and this strange behavior of his always meant trouble, it was as if he didn't agree with the decisions of the higher ups on the particular elimination of the breachers (the people who caused the disruption in the timeline are called breachers in this world) provided to them. This had already happened twice in the entirety of their work life. First was when they were given a case of disruption, were the breachers were a brother and sister duo and the elder sister had been disrupting the timeline by trying to save her little brother who was falsely accused of theft and forgery at his work. Second was the case of an older couple, were the old man was trying to save his wife from an accident,thereby continuously defying fate. In both of the cases 02 had lost all logic and reasoning and dived into their business by continuously giving them more time to spend with each other by endlessly stretching out time into multiple different time loops, giving them hints here are there and all that, at one point 01 had thought that they'd really never return from these missions, he had also taken a holiday of three months each after completing both of these missions, successfully but the return of this pattern in 02's behavior was already giving him cold sweats. Still they had to take up this mission on the chief's request and couldn't afford to defy him, so reluctantly 01 opened the file, explaining and analysing the names, the world in which they lived and the past data of the breachers of the case. He started with the names first 02 pay attention and stop playing with that alien monster of a thing. "01, that's rude, he isn't an alien, he has a name. Call him little peach"01 stayed silent for a while, he was actually concerned about this lunatic of a partner that he had. The thing he was calling 'little" peach was a 5 feet tall, dog looking thing that was bearing it's teeth on 02's shoulder as if trying to break his bones to dust but being rendered speechless yet again even if they'd stayed together for 81 years, 01 decided to not bother with the lunatic anymore. He started with his explanation.

"The breachers of this case are two high school student. Breacher 1 is Hiroshi, the center of the time disruption lies with him but ironically breacher 2 is the one causing the disruption, he is named Kenji".
