Rosaline was escorted, or to be more accurate, dragged back to the Montampes manor after Weiss found her. 

She refused to treat her injured arm with a potion given to her but slathered the contents of the bottle on her forehead. She wanted the wound on her arm to heal naturally and form a scar. Rosaline was inspired by Luka's body riddled with scars in every corner and wanted to have her own to serve as a reminder and proof of her resolve. 

The maids insisted that Rosaline should use the potion on her arm too, but she was adamant about her decision. The servants couldn't do anything but let her do what she wants and they treated the wound properly with normal medical practices and bandaged it with a clean and sanitized cloth. 

Rosaline wore a sling to rest her injured arm in to prevent too much movement and possibly opening up and worsening the wound.
