The malicious form of the demon standing before her was in fact Neon, however, it's form was twisted and groteque, exuding an aura of malevolence. Karla's heart raced as she fought to steady herself in the face of this abomination.
With a voice that chilled Karla to the core, it's tone dripping with malicious satisfaction. "Welcome Karla, your friend Hana was a delightful morsel, soon enough it'll be your turn HAHAHAHAAAA." He said cackling like a maniac. Fear corsed through her veins, but she summoned her inner strength. Even though she was scared to the bone. The feeling of Neon betraying her as well as humanity made her blood boil. As she slowly overcame the feeling of despair, she mustered the courage to speak to Neon who still clutched onto the chewed arm of the corpse. "Release her Neon! you have no right to defile her memory or feast upon her. I won't allow it!" She said with a fire burning in her eyes.
The demons laughter echoed through the desolate landscape, a chilling cacophony that sent shivers down Karla's spine. It advanced towards her, its presence suffocating. But Karla stood her ground unwilling to succumb to the terror that threatened to consume her. In a desperate bid to save her best friends honour and to seek justice, Karla reached deep within herself, tapping into an untapped well of power. In a flash of determination, she commanded gravity to bend to her will. The air around her crackled with energy as she lifted her hand, the invisible force responding to her command. She directed it towards Neon, causing a sudden change in the Gravitational field.
The demon, caught of guard by this unseen force, stumbled as if the ground itself had betrayed it. Karla seized the opportunity using the power to anchor the demon downward, making it struggle against the relentless pull. Undettered, the demon lashed out unleashing a barrage of dark energy and destructive waves. Karla with her abilities, maneuvered deftly, evading each attack. She contered with precision manipulating gravity to redirect the demons attack upon itself. Upon getting hit by its own attack, it let out a sinister grin sending goosebumps all around Karla's body. "I think it's time for me to stop playing around." It said as it released powers, commanding the very essence of life around it. Karla struggled to withstand the onslaught, her control over gravity strained as she fought against the relentless force of the demons manipulation.
The demon seized the opportunity, directing the powers at Karla's own body. It twisted and contorted her limbs, causing excruciating pain as it manipulated her biology. The gravity that Karla once commanded now became a heavy burden weighing her down. As the demon tightened its grip, Karla's movements grew sluggish and laboured. Her gravity manipulation waned, unable to withstand the onslaught of the demons biokinetic powers. Her spirit flickered, her resolve weakened under the oppressive force of the demons dominance. "Aawwww is that it, don't tell me your giving up....its just no fun." It said like a child playing with its toy. "If that's all you've got then I'll just go ahead and dispose of your worthless existence." Desperation surged within Karla, but the more she fought against the demons biokinetic control, the tighter its grip became. Her body, once a vessel of power, now served as a vessel of the demons manipulation. As the demon was about to finish her off, the corner of it's eyes flared up in pain as a burning sensation was felt. "What the hell!" protested the demon as it stumbled backwards. As it's vision quickly began recovering, the blurry figure of a boy now became visible. "Don't you dare lay another finger on her!" Said riyu raging, his body now cloaked in flames. "Dont worry Karla, the students have called the teachers for help, they should be arriving anytime soon, they'll patch you right up." He turned his focus towards the demon, staring at the abomination which towered over him, he knew all too well it wasn't his friend who was in front of him, but an imposter. "Who the hell are you, I know your not Neon you son of a bitch." "What are you talking about, it's me in the flesh, I just decided I wanted a little bit of fun." The demon said mocking both Riyu and the form of the person it wore. "R....Riyu." He looked to his right seeing Karla's lifeless body. He now saw the mutilation the demon had caused to her body making Riyu sick to his stomach. "Y...Your wrong Riyu...it is Neon and he's just like all the other cursed demons. We were wrong to....trust....him." She said as her strength wavered. "I refuse to believe that! Neon would never do ANYTHING LIKE THIS!" Riyu yelled, charging towards his enemy, his fire raging with murderous intent. The demon however, was quick with his senses, dodging his way around Riyu's attack with precision.
As the confrontation unfolded, Riyu and the demon faced of in a blazing spectacle of elemental forces. Riyu unleashed his flames, hoping to engulf the demon in a blazing inferno, but the demons powers proved to be formidable, effortlessly redirecting and nullifying the flames. Every fiery attack Riyu launched was thwarted, leaving him in a state of frustration and bewilderment.
The demon fueled by its own malevolence, countered with a display that now seemed to be telekinetic. Objects flew in the air with deadly precision, crashing into Riyu's defences and weakening his resolve. The young fireborn struggled to hold his ground against the relentless onslaught. While the battle raged on, Karla could feel herself slipping her grip on consciousness. "Crap, I feel like I'm gonna pass out....if Riyu hadn't arrived when he did, I surely would have died....he sure is strong...but that demon is on a whole other level." She said wincing in pain as she watched the violent battle raging on before her. Doubt began to creep into Riyu's mind as he witnessed the demon's dominace over his flames. His fire, once a symbol of power and protection, felt feeble and ineffective The realization that his ability alone might not be enough to defeat the demon weighed heavily upon him.
However, amidst the chaos and despair, a spark of inspiration ignited within Riyu. He realized that to overcome the demon's telekinetic might, he needed to tap into a different source of strength. With sheer determination, he called upon the depths of his inner fire, seeking a connection with the ancestral spirits that resided within him.
As Riyu delved into his newfound resolve, he discovered a hidden wellspring of power—a fusion of fire and will. With renewed determination, he channeled this energy into his flames, imbuing them with an intensity and ferocity never seen before. Bolstered by this newfound power, Riyu launched a final, all-consuming assault. His flames blazed brighter and hotter, defying the demon's attempts to control them. The air crackled with raw energy as fire and telekinesis clashed in a titanic struggle.
Yet, despite Riyu's newfound strength, the demon's telekinetic power remained overwhelming. Its grasp on the battlefield tightened, tossing aside Riyu's fiery onslaught with ease. The young Fireborn's hope began to flicker, his body weary from the relentless battle.
Try as he might, Riyu was defenseless against the demons telekinetic onslaught. His every move was now anticipated and countered by the demon's unyielding control. He was tossed about like a mere plaything, his body battered and bruised by the relentless force.
With each passing moment, Riyu's hope dwindled, replaced by a growing sense of despair. He realized that he was no match for the demons overwhelming power. The boy's spirit began to wither, his confidence shattered under the weight of his own helplessness. Neon, fueled by his dominance, reveled in Riyu's suffering. The demon taunted the boy, its eerie laughter echoing through the desolate landscape. His courage waned as doubt consumed him, leaving him paralyzed in the face of his impending defeat.
As it tightened its grip on Riyu's body and soul, the boy's mind raced for a glimmer of hope. It was then, in the depths of his despair, that he realized his strength was not enough to defeat this abomination. Riyu fell to his knees in bewilderment of the situation. The demon crept closer towards him showing no hint of injury or tiredness. "I have no strength left. Its just...too strong." Riyu said, wheezing and praying that he would escape the jaws of death. "Wow, I didn't think you could put on such a show Riyu. At least your way stronger than that brat." It said pointing to Karla's lifeless body. "Still though, I didn't even have to break a sweat dealing with you...its too bad I have to kill you....to make you feel better, how about I finish you off by crushing every bone in your body. That way, you can share the same fate as your little friend over there." Said the demon snickering as it lifted its hands hoping to use its biokinetic powers, however, just before he was going to extinguish Riyu's flames of life, a voice bellowed through the area extinguishing all sound. "Let him be demon! your fight is with me now!" The attention of the demon was caught. It looked to it's right seeing a man dressed in a black suit, his aura bursting with power. "Just by looking at you I know that your strong, I've never sensed power like THIS before." The demon said licking his lips. "I'll kill you where you stand demon." Master Hiro said his strength and spirit unwavering before the demons malevolent presence. "Now then, before attacking, I should get the students to safety, that way, I can go all out....Let's see...1....2...3 students and it appears one of them is already dead....3 seconds should be enough time." Said Master Hiro as he closed his eyes in concentration. "What the hell are you mumbling about, don't tell me your already giving up." Said the demon, it's eyes widening as it yearned for another battle. "CHAOS TIME MANIPULATION!" Hiro roared as he assumed a stance. In an instant, it looked like he had manipulated the fabric of time itself as he vanished from the demons gaze. "What the, where did he go?" Said the demon in utter confusion. Just as he disappeared, he reappeared just as quickly standing in front of the demon. "Were my eyes playing tricks or did you just disappear. What the hell did you do?" Asked the demon curious about what had just happened. "I manipulated the fabric of time, stopping it for 3 whole seconds. That was more then enough time to get them to safety." "Get who to...." Said the demon as it frantically peered left to right noticing that the students had gone from where they once lay. "They've gone, there's no way he could have been that fast, I didn't even see him move....as fun as its got....I should be careful with this guy." The demon said, fueling itself with dark intentions.
With unwavering determination, Master Hiro summoned his chaos force, a raw energy that pulsed through his veins. The air crackled with anticipation as he faced off against the demon, channeling his powers into a formidable force that would protect his students.
The ferocious demon, sensing the power radiating from Master Hiro, hesitated for a moment. But its thirst for bloodshed pushed it forward, and it lunged at the teacher with a viciousness borne of ancient malevolence.
Master Hiro, ever vigilant and skilled, met the demon head-on. He unleashed a whirlwind of chaos force, twisting and distorting the very essence of reality. The demon recoiled as its movements were disrupted, finding itself trapped within a turbulent vortex of Master Hiro's creation. Undeterred by the demon's resistance, Master Hiro intensified his chaos force, causing the very fabric of space to warp and ripple. The once-confident demon now cowered before the overwhelming display of power, realizing that it had underestimated the strength of its opponent.
"What the hell is he doing....I cant sense Malachi's presence anymore....as much as I'd love to stay and continue having our little chat, I'm afraid I'll have to take my leave." "I won't let you escape from my grasp demon."
With a final surge of chaotic energy, Master Hiro unleashed a cataclysmic blast. The force collided with the demon, shaking the ground and sending shockwaves of pure chaos rippling through the air. It shrieked in agony as its form began to dissipate, its essence scattered by the sheer force of Master Hiro's manipulation.
Cornered and defeated, the demon, in a last-ditch effort, entered its smoke form and disappeared, escaping and joining with the thin air....
"Dammit, it got away." Hiro said frustrated at his carelessness of letting it flee.
As Master Hiro and the demon were having their ferocious battle which threatened to destroy the desolate landscape, Lucy had arrived and after seeing the students battered bodies, she instantly aided with nursing them back to health. She aided with Karla's injuries first as they were catastrophic, her limbs were twisted and broken exposing parts of her bones. Luckily, Lucy had the power of Biotherapeutic Manipulation. The user for such a power can heal themselves and restore biotic organisms to their optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality, and diseases/poisoning. Though the user may potentially heal any form of bodily damage, the patient must be alive, even if hanging by a thin thread, in order to be healed; once the patient has died, it would transcend healing and would require resurrection instead. However, for Karla, her heart beat was slowly fading, however, she was still alive.
As the healing magic flowed through Karla's limbs, a soft radiance enveloped her. A sensation of tingling warmth washed over her contorted limbs, as if a gentle embrace was coaxing them into alignment. Karla's heart filled with a mix of anticipation and wonder as she watched her limbs straighten and become whole before her eyes. Time seemed to stand still as her body underwent a profound transformation. Her twisted limbs straightened, muscles realigned, and joints regained their fluidity. It was as if the healing magic breathed new life into her very being.
With tears of joy streaming down her face, Karla stood on steady legs for the first time. Her heart soared with gratitude and newfound hope as she took her first tentative steps, no longer bound by the constraints of her twisted limbs. "This is amazing, there's not even a scratch left on my body." She said, thanking Lucy for her healing powers. Just as she regained her strength, she also regained her memories on the frightful encounter she had with the demon. Her legs sprang into action as she sprinted away in search for it. "I won't let you get away for what you did Neon." Karla said as the feeling of betrayal gripped at her heart once again. "Hey! come back young lady, its dangerous to go off on your own!" Yelled lucy as she was in the process of healing Riyu who was still shaken up by the experience. "I tried everything I could, but I still wasnt strong enough, dont let her go off on her own, she'll die this time!" Said Riyu, his voice quivering. "I won't let that happen, I'll make sure she's safe." Said Master Hiro making his way towards them. "What happened to the demon" Lucy said waiting for an answer. "It got away, although it may have looked like it was Neon, I don't think it was....it's aura radiated pure evil and malicious intent, I doubt that a student like Neon could carry such darkness within him....despite this, we still can't disregard that the demon may very well be Neon....We should have just disposed of him immediately back when Mr Cardinell told us that he could be a demon. "No this can't be, Neon would never do such a thing." Said Lucy as she looked at Hana's corpse in horror. "Your right! Neon wouldn't do THAT!" Shouted Riyu in agreement with Lucy. "I'm sorry Riyu but even if that demon wasn't Neon, we don't have a choice, we've got to capture him and let the higher ups deal with him.....you see, they wont be so trusting." Said Master Hiro as he started to use his chaos manipulation. Master Hiro possessed an extraordinary ability, chaos manipulation. The user for this power can create, shape and manipulate the chaotic forces in the universe, allowing them to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter reality. They are able to change, mutate, destroy or otherwise manipulate any matter, space/time, living beings, organizations or minds and spirits as well as containing it, so it doesn't spread and spreads only in a desired way.
Using this power, With a mere thought, he could bend the fabric of reality, weaving through the threads of chaos to traverse great distances in an instant. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Master Hiro knew that swift action was required. He focused his mind, attuning himself to the chaotic energies that flowed through the universe. With a wave of his hand and a whispered incantation, he harnessed the raw power of chaos manipulation.
The air crackled with unseen energy as Master Hiro stepped into a vortex of swirling chaos. Within the maelstrom, reality twisted and contorted, allowing him to transcend the limits of space and time. Through his mastery of chaos manipulation, he became a traveler between dimensions, traversing the vast expanse of the realm.
As he emerged from the chaotic portal, Master Hiro found himself in front of Karla. "I will not allow you to mindlessly wander around until you get yourself killed." He said folding his arms "He has to pay for what he's done, I won't allow him to get away with it. I have to be the one to kill him ." She yelled as her body raged in anger. "You idiot, the demon is too strong, you have no chance of defeating it. Do you really want to end up like your friend." Her heart tightened as a spear of utter sadness pinched at her heart. The feeling of Hana being taken away from her angered her, but her being killed by Neon was what really pushed her to despair. "If you think im gonna go back without getting my hands on Neon.... your wrong. I WILL KILL HIM FOR WHAT HE DID TO HANA, SO WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT I'M GOING!" Roared Karla as a slight tear could be seen trickling down her face. Hiro scratched his head, sighing in defeat of this argument. "Fine, I'll allow you to advance on this mission however, you shall do exactly what I say and never leave my side, being by my lonesome would be better for me so you tagging along is just another thing for me to worry about." Master Hiro said in a serious tone." "Fine" Responded Karla harshly, announcing her annoyance at the situation. The two of them advanced cautiously but quickly, searching for the demon that had terrorised the school.....
