16 year old Sato Higura was a loner, he purposely was. He wanted to not be bothered so he could write his novels and do the things he liked without people knowing or interrupting. However, it seems his personality and interests that he normally hides were just too likable to the point where he was surrounded by a harem of girls! He of course wanted to be alone, but alas...the harem was inevitable.

When I finish all of the main plot points and reach the ending of the story I plan on writing alternate endings which can all be considered cannon, it doesn’t matter the order they release in, you just choose whoever you consider to be best girl.

This story is intended to be fun, so some chapters may be extremely short while some may be long, just thought I’d say that.

For everyone who didn’t know, all of my books are part of the same universe, meaning characters from this one may appear in others as well, some things can be explained better if you read through some of my other novels so you can see what was happening at the same time with another novel. I’m just saying you can tell when events are taking place at the same time.

He Didn’t Want One, But The Harem Was Inevitable

Sato-San was walking down the hallway to go to the back of school to eat his lunch. He was running a little later than normal and was going to be eating with Shiratori-San, as his only female friend he was feeling a little excited. 


'Now that I think about it, does she know about me being a complete jerk to everyone? Hmmmm…'


He continued to walk down the hall and began to hear voices a little farther away. He could recognize one of the voices but couldn't think of who it was and decided to go see who it was. He reached the corner that had a few vending machines and peeked around the corner. He quickly hid back behind the wall after seeing who it was. Fukuhara-San was talking with what seemed to be her friends, he obviously didn't want to be attacked by her so he hid behind the wall.


'Guess I'm leaving then. I need to get there soon.'


"So, what's going on with you and Sato-San?"


"He's definitely a hard one, but once I manage to get with him I'll be able to try and change his personality. Of course I'll drop him later down the line but he'll be a useful for his looks."


'Wait what? Is that how she sees me? If that's the case I could finally manage to push her away from me. Seems I may have just gotten quite the weapon.'


"But won't it be hard with that shit personality of his? I doubt he'd date anyone in this school."


"I'm still trying, it's only a matter of time. I'm sure he'd just try and use me, so I guess we would both be doing the same thing."


"Once summer comes around won't it become hard?"


"Well, I've gathered enough to know that during summer he doesn't leave his house much since he's…Working on something."


"I was going to say what I thought he was doing but realized that I don't have any idea what it is that he does."


"Hm. I'm sure if you could figure it out, you could get closer to him. Of course be prepared to have to give up eventually, he could always reject you. Not to mention if you can't change his personality there's a chance he could physically attack you."


'Wow, it's a lot worse that I thought. Apparently middle schoolers think I'm extremely violent…'


"I'm sure I could change him, if I can't I'll just have to drop him off faster than I thought I would have had too."


"You should have just gone after someone else, even if he's the best looking out of everyone in the years above and below us. It's better than probably getting hurt."


"I won't, I know when I have to get out of somewhere."


'I don't know if I look that good, maybe I'll ask Shiratori-San. I should probably take my leave, don't want to leave her waiting.'


Sato-San left and went back to walking to the behind of the school to meet up with Shiratori-San. Fukuhara-San and her friends followed soon after and headed back to their classroom. 


'At least I have a way to counter her now…I still feel a little upset though…'

Sato-San was sitting with Shiratori-San when he suddenly turned to look at her.


She was beginning to turn red and slowly turned away.


They went back to eating their lunches and Sato-San had some of Shiratori-San's lunch and vice versa. From other people's viewpoints they looked like an shy couple.
