Ambrogio sighed as he saw the disdain turn to pure shock. That wasn't the vibe he wanted to give off. So, he changed the point. "See, it's not like I left you with the short end of the stick. I shared some of my powers with you too. Having doubts about it? Close your eyes." He commanded and the fear towards him made them close their eyes almost instantly. "Now think of flying."
"Hah! I'm flying, I'm flying!" Someone shouted. Pretty soon, everyone floated in the air. Tanya too tried it and genuinely enjoyed it. The eyes of shock turned into one of joy.
"I have given you super strength and speed too. Pretty good deal, eh?" He asked.
While some were testing their flight powers, one person grew haughty due to the super strength bestowed upon him and decided to attack Ambrogio with the same power that he gifted. "Die!" The man screamed as he charged forwards foolishly. A person's mentality makes him backstab the same person who helped him at some point in his life. Except, when you do that when you're still taking baby steps, you'll be obliterated.
"When I said you grew strong, I meant that in your standards. However when compared to me, you're still infants." Ambrogio gave out a sinister smile and gave a punch to his gut. The man looked pretty lifeless and yet Ambrogio didn't end there. He gave out hundred or so consecutive punches, concentrated in the same point before twisting his head off to end it all. Those eyes with joy reverted back to the original shock and horror. "So, please refrain from doing what this guy did or you'll suffer the same fate."
"Yea, flight power!" Someone shouted, trying to escape the reality before them. Others followed soon after.
"Good. With that, I'm off. Have a nice day, people!" He walked back to remind them of one last thing. "Oh, and by the way, don't go out in sunlight. Your skin will burn uncontrollably and you'll turn into ashes. It's a curse. Sorry!"
"How many more curses are you gonna give us?!" Everyone thought, yet no one had the guts to say it outright.
"Wow, I can now finally say that I'm free from my dark past," Ambrogio said, looking at Tanya.
"I guess so." She replied.
"Let's go back, Tanya."
"Sure." She said as something came to her mind. "Wait, I never did saw your butler, Wardlow in the nether realm."
"What made you think that I placed him under the spell too?" He asked.
"Whoa, he isn't?" She was surprised by the revelation.
"Nope. He can leave anytime he wants. Ain't that right, Wardlow?" He asked Wardlow, who suddenly appeared behind them.
"Yes, master. But I have no intention of leaving this place since you won't allow me to come with you." Wardlow replied.
"Still stubborn as ever. Well, I'm heading towards death. I don't want my subordinate to share my fate." Ambrogio said, patting Wardlow's shoulder.
"I see. Then, my decision is to stay here and wait for good news." The butler smiled.
"That would be my death." The master smiled back.
"Whatever makes you happy is my good news, master." The butler smiled a bit more. It looked awful.
"Hmm, if you're staying here anyways, I hope you look after those troublemakers that I let go. Can't have them expose the existence of vampires, can we?" Ambrogio requested.
"Yes, sir."
"You were a good butler, Wardlow." He said as he extended his arm.
"And you, a good master, sir," Wardlow replied as he shook hands with his master for one final time.
Ambrogio walked away before turning back one more time. "Goodbye, Wardlow. I hope I never see you again." He shouted.
"Me too, sir!" The butler shouted back. He had tears rolling down his cheeks.

"Hey, you're back! I didn't expect you for a couple of days." Addison opened the door of his house to welcome a tired-looking Ambrogio and excited Tanya.
"I did say so, didn't I?" Ambrogio smiled.
"Yes. Yes, you did." Addison smiled back.
"Hey, Addison! I have some real awesome stuff to tell you!" Tanya said, looking like an excited child trying to tell her parents about what happened in school that day.
"Get in. We'll talk inside." Addison invited them in. And after sitting in a chair, he asked. "So, what is it?"
"You see, we went and did this and that. And we even went to a place called nether realm!" She talked and talked and Addison listened ill-willingly until something piqued his interest.
"Nether realm? Are you sure about that?" He asked very carefully.
"Yea, it was a dark place in our mental world and stuff," Tanya replied joyfully.
"Nether realm… How could they?" Addison was surprised. There was a bit of shock in his face. He wiped it off and continued with his questions. "How did you enter the realm?"
"Well, Ambrogio had a spell book of some lesser demon named Eurynomos that granted him the permission." Tanya was a bit annoyed since she used to be the one asking questions.
"What? Lesser demon? Eurynomos?" Addison was utterly shocked. He had no time to chat up with Tanya if what she told was true. He got up in an instant and rushed towards Ambrogio.
"Hey, Ambrogio! Tanya told me about the nether realm." Addison not so casually brought up the conversation.
"Oh, that sure was an interesting journey," Ambrogio said, not looking too good as he said that.
"Is there any chance of you handing over that spell book to me?" Addison carefully asked. He didn't want to present himself as forceful, because that would mean that he would lose the chance to check out the spell book.
