In Worm as a Tinker with the EVE Online (The MMORPG) Full/All Tech Trees.

Timeline could/would be anywhere from a month pre Taylor Trigger or up to the day of when she takes down Lung.

Age of 17-30 can be any in between.

Could be a OC (prefer SI/Those WITH Meta Knowledge of Worlds etc...) or other Inserts/Reincarnations.
