Alex and his party eventually found the building that the doctor had mentioned with little effort. Upon their arrival, the leader of the safe zone was already waiting for them. The sentry had notified him of their arrival, and it was considered poor manners to enter someone's territory without introducing yourself to those in charge.


The man appeared to be in his early fifties and had a gentle yet authoritative demeanor. The exact opposite of General Hunter's personality. When he saw the party enter his house, a smile appeared on his face as he greeted the newcomers.


"Welcome travelers to our humble commune; I am Elias."


Cassie as the leader of the party, approached the man and shook his hand


"I'm Cassie, and these are my party members Alex, Derek, and Brandon."
