What happens when fantasy meets reality? Alex, a college student and regional MMA fighter, witnesses civilization's death as a fantastical apocalypse befalls the Earth. With a lack of electricity and a rapidly changing world, humans find themselves relying on a mysterious RPG-like system to combat the various monsters who have found themselves vying for supremacy with the native humans over this Fractured World.

Fractured World

At the moment Alex was in the middle of smoking one of the new drugs in the era, it greatly enhanced his physical abilities, albeit with a strong aftereffect after it had faded from his system. Nevertheless he did not care, as his goal was to crush the hearts gang, which operated out of the Circus-Circus casino.

After finishing the illicit substance Alex walked up to the entrance of the casino where he was quickly halted by the guards. However, rather than wait for them to stop and frisk him he simply unleashed his blades and decapitated the twom men.

After doing so the people in the immediate vicinity began to scream in terror, however he did not stop with the guards, Alex quickly advanced through the door of the casino and resort where he began to unfold his slaughter.
