What happens when fantasy meets reality? Alex, a college student and regional MMA fighter, witnesses civilization's death as a fantastical apocalypse befalls the Earth. With a lack of electricity and a rapidly changing world, humans find themselves relying on a mysterious RPG-like system to combat the various monsters who have found themselves vying for supremacy with the native humans over this Fractured World.

At the moment Alex and V had just ignited the magical stone array which now ignited all electric devices within the confines of the city of Reno. In doing so they provided power to the city, and it might be the only city in the world with power at the moment.

However the moment he did so Naomi and Julia spotted him and V together as they were passionately kissing in the middle of the street. The two women  immediately approached with jealous glares before addressing Alex on his most recent conquest.

They were not terrified by the woman's overwhelming presence, the scorn of a woman could overcome such things. Instead they were angry that Alex was making out with a random woman in the street.

Hearing their angry words and seeing their intense glares Alex decided to reveal the information he had.

"This is V she has been accompanying us for some time during the night. You guys were just asleep and never realized it."
