It's a wrap

Unknown to everyone, the last days of the shooting came close. Everyone did their utmost best during the last two months. I was exhausted but happy at the same time with the progress of the filming and being on schedule.

The day before the final shooting, I arranged a big feast for the crew as a treat on the last day. Lee helped me to take repack the favors sent by Little Moon and with the small souvenir I got. Mr. D had also sent a personalized thank you note addressed for each and every person in the crew. I have to admit I really admire Mr.D for his thoughtfulness.

On the final day of the shooting was done at the beach. This last scene was the scene where all the lead actors of look at the horizon, while the title song plays with a different tone. After the end of shooting and after sending the files to the Head Quarters, we all gathered around.

"Ok everyone, let's gather around the fire," I called everyone as Mr.D wanted to talk to all of them.

"Mr.D wanted to talk to you all"

After everyone gathered around, I connected Mr.D.

"Hello everyone. First I have to thank The director for his hard work for bringing the best out of our actors and the cameramen for capturing the perfect skill of our actors. And George, I asked you to be the producer at the last minute. You really did a very good job."

"Thank you, Mr.D"

"The most important people in a drama, the actors and actresses, you guys did an amazing job bringing life to the characters in the script. And I have to thank our scriptwriter for giving us a beautiful script. Assistants and our little helpers, guys you all are the silent warriors in the success of the shooting. You all helped everyone unnoticed by doing various tasks big and small. "

Everyone clapped in acknowledgment of Mr.D's little speech.

"I hope all of you will enjoy the small feast I asked Goerge to prepare on my behalf. Please enjoy it and if you have anything to ask you can ask me now" said Mr.D.

"Sir, I remember you said once that his script has a special purpose. Can we know what it is?"

I looked at Mr.D. And I guessed it's time to reveal the truth behind the drama.

"George what do you think, Should I tell them?"

"I think it's best you tell it, brother-in-law"

"What!!!" "Did I hear it correct"

There was a sudden whisper and an uproarer.

"Ok guys settle down I will explain," said Mr.D.

Everyone was eager to know what is going on.

"Groege is going to marry the scriptwriter, as it turns out to be my best friend and someone who's like my sister. The story that was written is quite similar to how I and the scriptwriter used to be. We adapted the reality into a fictional love story."

Everyone looks at each other.

"Sir, why don't we get to know the scriptwriter?"

I answered that question,

"There is a reason she tries to be hidden. But her work is well known under the company name. Ok, the reason she hides is that she is uncomfortable being with a crowd. And by nature, she is an introvert. "

"When will this be telecasted, sir?"

"In a month's time."

After that, I handed over the favors and the gift packs to everyone. They were happy with the gifts and the most important gift was the personalized thank you card from Mr.D. Later we all got together for dinner and a sing-along session on the beach.

I spent a little time with all of them and chatted with them freely as a friend. I got to know each and everyone's future goals and hopes. A few who were studying while part-timing with us, are having a hard time. I made a mental note to find a way to help them out. If we guide them properly, they will have better futures in the fields they have chosen.

"Lee, I have to head to the airport in a few minutes"

"Ok George, is there anything you need me to do while you are away?"

"Hmm, no nothing a the moment. You just do and relax for a few days."

"I will be coming back in a month with her, so try to keep the home clean for me."

"So you are coming with her,?"

"For the photo exhibition and the reception."

"oh ok.. I will."

With that being said I left to the airport. I checked the time when I will land. She will be fast asleep when I get home. Mark has been informed about picking me up and take me home.

While I was in the plane, I kept thinking about the future. Should I be afraid of it or embrace things as they come by. I will not be facing the world alone, but with her, so I have to think of her and about her safety. Not to give her any worry.

"Mr.George, would you like the complimentary wine?"

"Thank you. I have to refuse today." I told the air hostess as she offered me wine. She gave me the recent entertainment magazine.

I flipped through the pages as I remember I gave an interview while sipping some tea. I am glad they didn't elaborate on Little Moon in the article. Because I didn't want to expose her till the day of the exhibition and our reception. I have advised Lee on the necessary arrangements to promote the exhibition, from the second day of the opening. On the first day I am hoping to have the reception and the opening only for very close family and friends, and also a few reputed media personals to cover the news of my exhibition and the marriage.

I know this is going to be a big news special with her by my side. They will surely critize her for her looks and they will ask the question of who is she. They will only get to see her that day but not anything more till the awards night as I want to build curiosity among others.
