Vroom Vroom

Bernie's Beer Palace...

"D-Dave, what's the time?"

"9 o'clock"

Without waiting for another second, Rose tried to stand up but, she was too drunk to keep her balance thereby making her stumble backward towards Mr. Good Looks who was able to catch her in time.

He turned his head towards Dave and asked "Is she drunk?"

"Most likely"

"I AM NOT DRUNK!" Rose said

"Yes you are" Mr. Good Looks responded

"Not!"

"Are!"

"Not!"

"Are!"

"Not!"

"You both! This is not the time for an argument!" Dave yelled.

Then Dave explained everything to Mr. Good Looks and somehow, Dave convinced him to take her to the palace.

Dave said "When you get to the palace gate, just park then, you'll go knock on the gate. There's usually a guard at the gate just tell the guard that you're with Princess Rose and the guard will take it from there"

"No! I can go on my own now, let me go Good Looks!" she protested.

She managed to pry Mr. Good Looks' hand open from hers and took a dash for the exit with Mr. Good Looks chasing after her.

He caught up with her and grabbed her hand. This time, his grip was firmer than last time to restrain her from running away again.

"I see you have a habit of running away" he smirked.

"Leave me alone! I can go on my own!" she protested.

"Rose! There's is no way you can drive in this condition! You're drunk for crying out loud!"

"Ok, maybe I'm a little drunk but, I'm only drunk because of you!"

"Me?"

"Yes! Why did you take so long to come into my life"

"I'll only answer that question when you tell me which vehicle you brought and where you parked it"

To be honest, he didn't know the meaning of what she was asking, talk less of knowing the answer to it. He figured the only way to ensure her safety was to cooperate with her.

"I brought my Vroom Vroom!" she responded

'What am I going to do with this girl? What the hell is a vroom vroom for crying out loud!' he thought. He didn't even know why he was helping her.

"If you don't mind me asking but, what in the world is a vroom vroom?" he asked.

"You know, like a vroom vroom?" she said demonstrating the movement of a steering wheel.

"Ohhhhh. So, you mean you brought your car?" he said raising his two eyebrows.

"Nope!"

Upon hearing her words, his eyebrows immediately dropped back down.

"So, you brought your motorbike?"

"It's called the vroom vroom"

"Where is it?"

"Over there" she pointed at a black bike that was sitting across the street from where they stood.

"Let's go," he said then, he held her hand tight so she won't try to run away. He wasn't going to take any chances with a drunk princess.

"Where are the keys?" he asked and without even responding, Rose handed him the keys.

He gave her one of the two helmets that she had and told her to wear it and she obeyed like a good girl.

Then, he sat on the bike and started the engine. He instructed her to get on the bike as well and once again, she did as she was told.
