Reijis awakening part 2

Reiji is standing in the well furnished house lookin in the mirror. he doesn't know how, but somehow he's been transported to another world.

He thinks back on how he got there, and suddenly his eyes shoot a angry red tint. How am I alive...and why am I younger than I was...well nothing I can do about it now. I need to find out how to survive here...

Miya is in the other room talking to her father who has arrived suddenly, and without warning.

he creates a magical area where they cannot be heard as Miya sits silemtly with her ears slowly drooping.

[???] What were u thinking bringing a lost one here. You don't know if he really is a lost one or not and to top it off. he's human this is elven lands and he's probably a spy sent from cainhurst or berg..

[Miya] but dad he doesn't even know where dragon heart is, or even who he is all he knows is his name. He does not even how he got here.

[???] Well let's just use the orb then we will know if he's telling the truth or not.

I don't know why you go so far for a mere human but, I will allow him to stay if he's telling the truth miyas father rubs his chin in thought.

[Miya] I am also worried..he was found near that cave I made some excuse in case he was a spy but...why would he be in that cave if he was.

Her father abruptly slams the table causing her drooping ears. what!!!! He was in elshas cave..

Why would a human be there? Miyas father holds his forehead. does he have a death wish? .Well if he is a lost child it would make sense..enough let us go see..

her father swings his arm dispelling the barrier. miya sits there looking thoroughly chewed out, and sad that she was just yelled at. She doesn't know what's so special about the cave, but her father never wants to talk about it at all...

Miya stands up and calls to reiji. When reiji enters she gets a look now that she isn't as pre occupied she notices his long disheveled hair his dirty skin and the fact he is only wearing long pants and no shoes. she feels sorry that she hasn't offered him a change of clothes.

Miya is talking to reiji as her father prepares the orb placement and magic circuitry

She goes to the closet as reiji watches not sure what's going on. Watching her as If studying her to see if she can be trusted.

The way he died previously makes him more distrustful of people. His life was ordinary except for the fact his parents died so mysteriously. He starts to remember his school days he slowly realizes there were many things out of place, but he couldn't figure it out.

just as he was going to think back on it he hears a loud booming voice from the other room.

[???] it is ready bring him also prepare the test for magic concealment and blood magic.

Miya obeys her father gathering two more discolored looking orbs, and a small knife with a parchment.

Reiji watches miya in amazement not realizing this stuff is for him. he's surprised he can understand them but his shock grows as he hears the word magic. his eyes light up as he was a secret otaku.

[Reiji] No way I'm in a world with magic he inwardly exclaims.

Reiji makes a mental note to try to learn about magic, and maybe he can use these people to find a way to live on in this world.

Reiji is still worried that they don't trust him, but that's okay because he doesn't trust them either.

Reiji walks in to the room and sits looking at the 8 foot giant man in regal looking robes..

Hello child my name is Ragnur Regis Escalus. I am the king of falmus kingdom. I am here to determine if u are a spy, or a real lost child.

If you are found to be lying about anything you will be beheaded. We elves and humans don't mix, but if u are a lost child you may be taken to the outskirts of this forest..now sit.

Reiji feels pressure as the image of the man gets bigger, and he almost passes out from the pressure.

[ragnur] are u a spy from the human kingdoms of cainhurst or berg?

Reiji feels compelled to answer the kings questions.

Miya looks on sadly seeing her father use such things on reiji..

Reiji responds forced by magic to answer

[Reiji] I am not a spy from either. I don't even know where I am or where those countries are.

[Ragnur] He is silent as the ball burns blue he nods in approval.

[Ragnur] Miya the boy isn't lying now onto the next question. Are u really a lost child ? reijis response makes the ball burn blue but the kings face white.

[Reiji] I am not sure what a lost child is.
