Anna's despair, Reiji breaks free

As their battle continues Anna gets more and more impatient.

"You dullard, what the hell are you doing? Kill that woman already."

she pulls the chain magically connected to her. which causes Reiji's body to jerk a bit.

Aisha smirks. "Just wait until I free him. when I do, I pray for your safety."

Anna clicks her fingers. "Enough!!!"

Reiji stops, and a kick from aisha landing on his face sends him rolling backward.

"All of you mongrels think you can speak to me however you want. I was lenient and not having him use his full power. this is your own doing."

Aisha gets low in stance and starts chanting.

"Queen of the eternal forest Balance the scales of war. help me bring my opponent eternal slumber." The fog covers her movements

she raises a hand, and a mist appears covering the whole battlefield. aishas laughing voice echoes around Anna as she begins to shake in terror.

[Anna's point of view]

The fog covers her vision. screams echo left and right as her minions are slaughtered. she pulls the chain, causing reiji to rush into the mist. aisha continuously taunts Anna as more screams echo.

"So little queen, did you believe one man's power absolute? Did you think toying with him would bring you glory? chaining him would make him obey? You're such a fool!!!!"

Aisha swings her claw down through the mist. It hits Anna's sword, and then her form dissapears.

"Wrong one, little girl."

Anna swings left and right when she finally connects to something. Anna smiles. "Finally got you huh? so this mist is only an illusion like all your stupid skills."

Aisha just shakes her head walking up behind her. "Why would you do such a thing to your own men?"

Anna goes to swing, but her sword is stuck in something. She walks forward a bit to try to dislodge it when she sees her most trusted general laying with a half melted face in front of her. Anna's sword stuck in his stomach.

"W-what is this? no, you killed him...I didnt.it was you. curse you queen of the eternal forest."

Aisha giggles a bit. "All he wanted to do was go to your side, but you had to stab him, didn't you?"

Anna sheds a tear. "General taesan..."

the mist suddenly dissipates a large black ball forming above Anna. "Even if I have to shave years off my life, I will kill you."

she raises her hand a green mist like energy comes out from it. "Take my sacrifice army of the demon king!!!!"

Two purple eyes shine through that ever growing void. the mist and the dead soldiers are being sucked in as the eyes shine brighter.

Reiji slides in front of Anna, blocking all aishas blows. each time he blocks, he redirected Aishas power. the rift grows stabilized as a giant skeletal foot steps out.

[???] Puny mortal, your sacrifice is but a pittance. However, if I have the future lord of those powerful figures. I will be able to grow more powerful. The mighty dark lord ersgard has come from hell to answer your call.

the rest of this monster comes out the foot belonging to a horse the size of a house. a giant soldier jumps down with two serated blades, each dripping with crimson. his armor spiky on all main head nothing but a horned skeleton. the being Ersgard jumps down off his horse walking towards aisha.

[in the castle of therion]

The masked woman cracks the viewing orb. she then pulls a key from her chest squeezing it. "If I break this he will be free. Will I be seen as a traitor to him?"

She cracks it a tear dripping from her cheek under the mask. "I hope with this you can forgive me brother."

a dark spear thrusts towards her piercing her through the heart. "Alezard... do you know what you have done.."

A man steps from the darkness smirking his face pale his pointed ears slightly wiggle in the moonlight. "Miss hashimiya you have disobeyed lord therion. I pray for leniency for you."

a light shines behind ersgard as he pulls his twin blades up for a slash at aisha. he stops dead in his track. Anna falls on her knees.

"I'm doomed..Ersgard, kill him quickly. Forget her!!!!"

Ersgard smiles, then doesn't stop continually fighting aisha.

Aisha begins to slow she is kicked across the ground, spitting up more blood. "Wh-What just?"

Anna laughs. " You haven't noticed every time you connected with reiji. he stole your magic power. little by little, slowing you down. You will fall with me, hahahahaha. "

Aisha looks up ersgards blades closed across her throat as he pins her. "Feeble mortal, it is time to collect my due. His soul will be delicious."

Ersgard goes to finish aisha as a tear rolls down her cheek. Francesca screams echo through the almost empty field range. the light explodes, and Ersgard is sent flying. his giant body contorted his head, twisted neck, snapped to the side.

"Impossible no mortal should be able to do this to a lord of the underworld. the souls I've eaten number in the millions."

Ersgard looks to his right where a figure is being shrouded in a white mist like form. scales cover his body the black sheen looks to reflect moonlight. his hands covered in scales tipped with claws. his long flowing hair turned a moonlit white. "a black dragonoid?"

Ersgard screams, "Who gave you permission to interfere in mortal affairs?" The black dragon emperor will hear of this."

The figure smiles and then teleports to Francesca, helping her up. As Francesca looks up, she starts welling up with tears.

"Lord, reiji, have you regained consciousness."
