Lawrence opened the door from his room and left to wander the Villa. Two years had passed, and he was now three. His height was 4" 3' and his weight 63 lbs. He was fit, not thin, not fat, but fit.
Lawrence had been training his endurance and building some muscles for his future performances. He also started getting classes with Benjamin and aced each subject after six months. But that was all after Benjamin tried to perform the Validation Test of Lawrence's Genius capabilities.
Ah, yes. After Benjamin confirmed Lawrence as a Genius, he immediately travelled state to state to meet the Emperor of Kingdom Laplace & Sage, Leighton. But, the Emperor only replied, "It is up to Prince Xavier." which made him feel very frustrated after the long travel. The distance of St. Apple Villa to the Capital is remotely far that Benjamin has to travel from the Apple Lands to the following three cities then use warp to teleport. The warp doesn't teleport him to the Capital, so he has to take another ride, this time passing five towns and a few villages, before finally reaching the Capital.
Benjamin went back to the North, up to where the Apple Lands and Winesap Lands. He thought it was such a waste to travel back and forth and that the cost of Warps was too expensive for him. But on Benjamin's journey back to the North, Benjamin long thought of some benefits if the young prince were to disagree and the downsides of going to Hesperia to find someone to conduct his validity of being a "Genius."
If he were to go back and bring someone to validate Lawrence, it would mean that someone else will replace Benjamin, then he wouldn't be of any use anymore. The person to validate Lawrence would have all the credits and praises while he leaves the spotlight.
Now..., if Lawrence were to decline his request, he would remain as a teacher and observe the Genius daily. If Benjamin were to stay, he would teach the Genius and will be acknowledged, respected by many in the future. He'd have a title of "A Teacher of a Genius" and a high social status.
If he became a teacher for Lawrence, there would be many benefits in the future. And all this thinking made Benjamin tempted not to inform Prince Lawrence of the validation test. All for his profits. Alas! When he reached the Winesap North Village, he redeemed his morals and principles and readied to arrive at the Villa.
He asked Lawrence if he wanted to have a high status, acknowledged by many, gifted a privilege to join the best school of Hesperia at the right age, secure a fight for the throne, and many more benefits of someone validated as a Genius. Benjamin dared not to lie and told Lawrence all the benefits of being validated. But, as Lawrence was, he always has wanted a peaceful life. He declined the offer, which made Benjamin collapsed from shock.
After those months, Benjamin stayed as Lawrence's teacher and began teaching him lessons. It took only less than a year to ace each subject before Lawrence started learning courses that weren't supposed to study in one's adolescence. He was only two that time, well, almost two. Then at the age of two years and eight months, he aced another set of courses and began to study expert knowledge that not most could, but since he was able to request to the Emperor, he was always able to get hold of numerous variety of books that filled his whole library.
Before Lawrence turned three, he was already on par with Benjamin but a little more knowledgeable. Then at the age of three, Lawrence finished all his Endurance, Speed, and Strength training and began to use the sword. A month passed after his birthday, and he was already an expert hunter using the weapon. Lawrence hunted three boars in one day twice his size and seized a wolf. He also mastered the bow and can shoot flying objects. As for Trolls and Goblins, he was able to assist behind the Chivalry Knights and killed a few of them.
Before his third birthday, Estella had planned to start building up her status in the social circle once again by visiting cities and doing businesses. Lawrence offered, no, he insisted on taking care of the affairs inside the Villa while Estella will do what she needs. Although Estella didn't doubt Lawrence's excellence, she didn't want to trouble him at such a young age. But, of course, a child's stubbornness and energy never fail them, and Estella had to agree with Lawrence.
Everyone in Lawrence's Villa has already known his excellence and talent. They figured he was a Genius after a few months before his speech(back when he was still one year old) and did not make a big deal out of it. Everyone loved Lawrence for whom he is and has shown their utmost sincerity in being his servant. Lawrence did not want to label them as "servants," which touched everyone's heart. Lawrence got along with everyone in the Villa and showed respect to the elders.
He also frequently visits the Winesap North Village and has made many acquaintances. Lawrence befriended many adults in the Village and helped many. He had even set up his own business in the Village. Everyone loved him. They looked up and respected the young prince and had treated him with sincerity. Although some disliked him, most did not. His life had been all the way peaceful for the last two years, and now, he was about to be four years old.
