Season 1; The City of Muelaemoar Welcomes The Seventh Prince.

"Am I really going to w-wear that?" Lawrence asked in disbelief as he sees the suit he was designated to wear. How suffocating, he thought.

Estella showed a gloomy face, "Is it not to your liking, sweetie?"

Lawrence flinched. He let go of his worries and sighed. "No, I like it." Lawrence forced a smile, making Estella gleam with delight.

And there Lawrence was, in the carriage wearing the stuffy yet very outstanding suit. Just like Estella mentioned, the Sleipnir Horses had eight legs and bulky thighs. It only took a few minutes for them to arrive at the end of North Winesap Village and carry on to the road to reach the City of Muelaemoar.

Although the horses move the carriage faster than regular speed, it doesn't seem to affect the inside of the carriage. It's because of the mechanism of the vehicle. It was designed to be comfortable as possible despite the acceleration. It may look troubling outside, but inside, it is as calm as a zephyr.

The cushions in the passenger's seat were soft and comfy. The window drapes covered the outside light, but the Bulb of Light brightened the inside of the carriage. This type of carriage is especially for Royalties and High Ranking Nobles. And now, Lawrence was experiencing a privilege given only to a few.

"Announcing the City, Muelaemoar!" informed by a loud voice outside the carriage. It was one of the assigned Guards for Lawrence.

"We've arrived," Estella stated.

"Convenient transportation."

Estella nodded, "It is a limited edition since Sleipnir Horses aren't easy to come by, moreover, to breed."

"I feel as if the one who created the structure of this wagon is a talented man. Is it possible that one can cast spells on objects? Giving them mystic functions?" Lawrence asked.

"Yes. Those who can are called Mages. Not Magicians. They are Unique Inheritors, I guess." Estella answered.

"It wasn't mentioned in the Histories..." Lawrence muttered.

"Because they, the Mages, weren't existing before. I guess because they are newly found discovery. But they cast weird circles of light and give functions to objects. Not only that, but they can mimic the ability to move Earthly Elements, but that said, only the four basic elements. Fire, Water, Earth, and Wind. They aren't special though, since it has come to everyone's conclusion that it isn't a rare gift(Inheritance)."

Lawrence blinked, "You learned this from your travels?"

Estella smiled, "Indeed I did, Dear. I have a few business partners that I invest in that are Mages."

"Announcing the arrival of Prince Lawrence Sage before the Gates of Muelaemoar!" the guard from earlier shouted once again.

The sound of a metal-made gate getting lift up was familiar to Lawrence. Although his last visit to the City of Muelaemoar was brief, he hadn't heard last time. The City Gates never close or left down. Was it because of the Emperor's presence? Lawrence wondered.

Their carriage entered the city grounds. It was then, an enormous crowd on both sides of the paved road roared. They were applauding and welcoming their carriage.

The children had glimmering eyes at the sight of the mythical creature, Sleipnir. The men and women were hooraying and throwing flowers.

"What's with the excessive welcome?" Lawrence asked upon hearing the roars of the citizens, despite not opening the window drapes.

"Open the drapes and wave at the people, sweetie," Estella suggested.

"Why?" Lawrence paused. "It isn't like we won a war or something."

Estella laughed. "You've decreased the number of demons from the steep mountains beside Apple Lands. You've basically subjugated the demon residents there. Of course, the people of Muelaemoar would know."

"They weren't many, though."

"If you call fifty demons of three different species small each day, then I believe you have such high standards. In the past years, you've stopped thousands of demons from ruining fields, homes of villagers, and cities of the citizens. The Emperor did not fail to acknowledge your contribution." Estella explained.

Lawrence sighed, "I didn't join the daily expedition until I was two years old."

"But I heard you created the strategies and managed the supplies of those expeditioners, correct?" Estella asked with a brow raised.

Lawrence flinched. He looked away, "N-no. It was all Gavin's credits."

"You're terrible at lying. Although most of those knights in Apple Lands are veterans, they haven't experienced near-death experiences to call themselves Experts. It was thanks to 'your' strategies that they could avoid experiencing it." Estella added.

"I let them spar as if they meant to kill each other, instructed Gavin to stop the knights if they were on the brink of killing each other. That's how they got passed through the near-death experience. If you ask where I learned it, it's from a tactical book that Kanon included." Lawrence remarked with a defensive grin.

Estella giggled at Lawrence's facial expression. "Yes, yes. I believe you. But you should show yourself to the people."

Lawrence frowned, "If it is only to increase my reputation, I'd rather not."

Estella sighed and looked elsewhere, "It would've helped me build my power in the social circles." she sighed again.

Lawrence laughed, "Fine. I'll wave." he opened the drapes and opened the cottage type window and revealed himself to the people. Everyone who saw his appearance was dumbfounded. He let out his head and waved to the people. His white hair waved at the brush of the breeze, and his blue oceanic eyes glowed vibrantly.

The roars of the citizens grew louder from his presentation that they started throwing more flowers. It was messy until they finally arrived at the end of the crowd lining up to the sides. A magnificent palace ahead was where they were headed. It was separated from the city but located in the middle of all the chaos. The surrounding of it seemed clear, well-guarded, disabling any disturbance a citizen could do.

"I didn't know there was a palace in Muelaemoar," Lawrence remarked. His eyes fixed on the beautifully carved white palace and the fountain in the entrance. The pavement even had carpets. It was luxurious.

Estella smiled. "There are various Cities that have Royal Palaces like this. It serves as a place for state officials to have their meetings and is most likely occupied by the Mayor-Official's family," she explained.

"But their 'main purpose' is for the Royalties. Palaces like this are created in case Royalties or Imperials visit the city. It is a place to comfort them. By them, I mean you, Dear. Not just you, but other Princes and Princesses, Kings and Queens, Grand Titles, and the Empress and Emperor." she added.

The carriage stopped at the side of the paved path covered with carpet. The doors opened as the knight greeted Estella and Lawrence's arrival. He held out his hand to help Estella come out of the carriage, then came Lawrence. His magnificent figure with his suit made him very outstanding.

A handful of servants with a synchronized uniform created a path for Lawrence. They greeted with a bow.

'It's as if I won a war.' Lawrence thought to himself.
