King Jaren chuckled. "These are obsidian horses, and they are only found in the Obsidian Kingdom. They need dark magic, so they would be miserable in the Emerald Kingdom," he told her, pinching her cheeks.

Mana's face fell. The horses were really magnificent – it was a pity that she couldn't buy a few for herself.
