Raven was oblivious to the father daughter pair's exchange. Instead, he and General Aquila were discussing the fealty bond and the procedure to modify it.

Things went smoothly, and after Jules, Bella and Queen Carolina returned to the Sapphire Kingdom, Crown Princess Pica and General Aquila took Mana, Raven and King Jaren to visit Sable Island as promised earlier.
