Mundane Items - These are normal items, for example, lumber or bricks, or normal weapons.
***
Low Magical Properties - These are the most common and widely used magical items. An example of this would be the weapons used by most officers within armies. These items generally don't do anything special, other than being more durable than mundane items, and maybe being better at their respective use.
***
Mediocre Magical Properties - These items are relatively widespread, and most often have additional bonuses other than just enhancing the useability of the item. For example, a pouch that can hold more than it should, daggers that could return to the user once thrown, etc.
***
High Magical Properties - These items are more than just an item, they can think basic thoughts, they can feel, and can offer aid to the user outside of just being sharper or more durable. At this stage, most items will exude the magical power of one basic element, and will only be able to be used by someone who has an affinity for that element.
***
Supreme Magical Properties - These items are sentient, having a mind of their own, with their own views on the world and experiences. These items are the strongest type that a normal person with no backing could perceivably obtain unless they were an anomaly or extremely gifted and powerful. Items of this tier exude the magical power of one basic or advanced element, and will only bond to someone who both possesses an affinity for their element, as well as who they see as someone that they want to help. There is an exception to this, some major households and clans would have a few Supreme items that were made to serve them, s such these items will only bond to someone from their clan/family.
***
Demon/Angel Magical Properties - These items have the advanced sentience of supreme items, however, they are even rarer. Firstly, they can only be found within the Tower, past floor 100, and even then are quite rare. Secondly, they exude the magical power of two basic or advanced elements, and as a trade-off for their increased power, to bond to them, one needs to possess both elemental affinities. Most powerhouse clans only have one or maybe two items of this quality in their possession, while the rulers have about three each. Moreover, while Angel items tend to focus more on support for their user, demon items tend to focus on pure combat-based abilities.
***
Divine Magical Properties - These items have three elemental affinities, which can be from any element. On some, extremely rare, occasions items of this rarity have been found without any elements, in these cases, they gained the affinities of the being who bonded to them. As well as this, they also have the highest level of sentience among items, often being able to act alone, separate from their wielders. Moreover, these items have only been found after the 200th floor of the tower, a point at which only Ignis has reached. As well as this, most rulers don't even have one of these items, with Ignis being the only one who possesses one.
