"Who are you again?" Akemi asked the girl in front of her. The girl was sitting on a big rock and wiping her sword because it had....is that blood?! Akemi was slightly freaking out from seeing the blood again. She couldn't take more gore views. The other girl saw her face with an uncomfortable expression on it. "Calm down, it'll be fine," She said. Akemi looked at her. "Again, introduction please," Akemi asked the other girl again, standing up. The other one just looked at her face and smiled. "You'll get it soon," She said, confusing Akemi.
"Well, I'm Akemi Rina" Akemi introduced herself. The other girl looked at her in shock. "You're the Akemi Rina?!" She said, slightly loudly. Akemi nodded, slightly startled herself. The other girl put her swords back in their sword covers wrapped around her waist. "Well, haven't I found a treasure," She said, smirking. Akemi was just shocked and having no clue on what was happening. "Well come with me, I'll take you somewhere," She said. Akemi was confused and sceptical but moreover, she didn't know if she could trust her. But she had no other choice, her only family was killed by that thing. "Come on kid. I know you have a lot of questions and I'll answer them" The girl said, walking ahead.
Akemi jogged up to her speed and started walking. "Well, go ahead. Ask me" The girl said to Akemi. Akemi rubbed the back of her neck in nervousness but still decided to ask cause she didn't know anyone else who would answer her. "What was that thing?" Akemi asked. The girl looked at her. "Well that was someone's negative energy" She answered, looking back straight again. Akemi was just confused. "A negative energy.....?" Akemi asked back. The girl stopped in her track and was just looking at Akemi in disbelief. "So, you're saying to me that you're the Akemi Rina and you have no idea about negative and positive energy?" She exclaimed. Akemi shook her head. The girl sighed. "Well, I guess I understand. You only lived with your grandparents and haven't been taken to the other side" She said and continued walking. "The other side...? what...can you please explain a little better?" Akemi asked her. The girl nodded and started her heavy explanation.
"The other side is basically the other side of humans, as we call it. There are normal human beings and the other side will be superpowered human beings but hearing me say it I hope you know how stupid it sounds 'superpowered human'. What we call the 'superpower' is the energy that we produce. Those are positive and negative energy. Everyone is born with the ability to have to produce such energy, they just need to know how to do it. If you have a happy childhood or at least a decent one to not keep hold of any dark memories, then you can possess positive energy. They call themselves 'Kiyo' meaning 'pure'. Positive energy possessors are pure and so fits the name BUT if you have a not so happy childhood and bear a few memories of having a dark time during your childhood and it lingers in your heart then you possess negative energy. They call themselves 'Akuma' which stands for the devil. It depends upon the person on how they use their energy. Well, that's kinda it" She concluded.
Akemi took in everything she could. "Okay...I think I understand" Akemi said. The girl nodded. "You'll catch on when you fight some people with the energies," She said casually. Akemi just nodded with acknowledgement but she soon realised what she said, "Wait wait...fight? FIGHT SOMEONE?!" Akemi almost screamed. The girl just gave her a plain expression. "Well yeah," She said. Akemi looked at her in disbelief. "I won't fight someone!" Akemi said declaring. The other girl just scoffed. "You can kill an Akuma but you have trouble fighting someone? Pfft-" She chuckled. Akemi could still not believe what she was saying. "'Kill an Akuma'? What- What're you saying?" Akemi asked her.
"Do you not remember that monster?" She asked. "Well yea, I do" Akemi answered. "You killed it" She plainly said. Akemi still couldn't believe her words. "So basically, when you screamed your life flashed before you right?" She asked. "Yea.." Akemi answered. "That released your energy and by the colour of it, it was positive. So you summoned your own monster and killed it. I was just passing by when I heard your scream and came running by. There were some remains of the monster, so I finished it off. That should explain the blood on my sword earlier" She said. Akemi still couldn't process what was happening. "So I killed it..?" Akemi asked again and the girl nodded. "Yea you did" the girl answered. Akemi and the girl just continued walking to their destination.
Heels tapping sound on the hallways was prominent and everyone around knew that someone was approaching. There was a huge door on the end of the hallway, light shining through the glass in the hallway. The girl wrapped her hands around the cold bars supporting the door and pulled them open. Both of them entering the huge hall, Akemi spotted someone at the end of the hall. The hall was huge, with more windows shining light through it. Both of the girls walked up to the person at the other end.
"Where exactly are we?" Akemi asked the girl. "This is the agency/organization I work for" The girl answered, looking straight and walking. "So like you get paid?" Akemi asked, taking a look around the room. "Not really" The girl answered. Akemi looked at her in disbelief. "Then why do you even work here?" Akemi asked, not getting enough of the room. She spotted a few paintings on the wall, but one, in particular, caught her attention. It held the picture of a beautiful lady with long black hair and a beautiful smile, her dimple popping on one side. The girl walking ahead of her, caught her attention again when she spoke. "I don't get paid but this lady gives me a headache, for sure"
"Ah You're back"
